Long walks down the beach after a filling meal are a must! See the sunset, find seashells, see the little ghost crabs scurrying around for that evening meal on the beach and watch the beautiful array of birds we have in our area including the magnificent brown pelican. If you fish, you may want to just surf fish before the sun goes down and maybe grill your catch for early breakfast. Nothing like it! During the summer months you may witness a turtle nest hatching, depending on when you visit. Turtle season begins May 1 and ends Oct. 31. An experience you will never forget!
For those who want a laid back vacation without all the hustle and bustle of high rises and lots of people, this is the perfect spot and a vacation you will always remember.
