The cabin was amazing except for a water pressure issue. Only 1 person could shower at time.
The cabin and area was great. My only complaint is that we had a water pressure issue. Only one person could shower at a time and we had over 32 guest. The outside area near the front steps needed good sweeping as there was cigarette butts all over the place. Other than that, we overall had an awesome time and stay.
We genuinely appreciate you choosing to spend your vacation with us and we hope to have the opportunity to accommodate you again during a future visit to the Smokies. We are following up with maintenance about the water pressure issue.
No AC in upstairs bedrooms so half of our group was miserable in 98 degrees. 10 tvs but only 3 turned on and they got 1 channel each, no wifi, trash had not been emptied from previous guests, No floors had been cleaned they were absolutely disgusting. Had to tape dryer door closed to use it. Would not recommend staying here.

The property had lots of character. Once inside my family and I throughly enjoyed ourselves until Friday morning. There were bed bugs in one of the rooms and the air went out in two additional rooms upstairs ! I don’t recommend staying at Creekbend lodge! I contacted customer service and someone showed immediately. They gave me two options, $250 cash or one night towards a future stay.

Cold and needs a good cleaning
We have stayed in the cabin next door to this one in the past and had no issues. This cabin is identical to that one and the layout is perfect for our annual family Christmas trip. However, this cabin was not nearly as clean as the other. Some of the bathrooms were gross, and everyone's socks were filthy from walking on the floors. The worst problem was that we all nearly froze to death at night. The common areas were warm, but the bedrooms do not heat. When I woke up both mornings I could see my breath in the room I slept in.
I'm really not one that complains often because I know stuff happens, but when you dish out that much money for two nights you expect it to be clean and warm.

Worst Place I Ever Stayed
Porch rail rotten, most of screens in "screened in porch" torn, hot tub not working, couch ripped, chair in living room fake leather worn down to fabric, dirty, dining table chair broken. It appears as if the cabin was furnished at a goodwill store. Television in main room missing buttons, outside of cabin in need of significant repair. It is obvious the unit has flooded, damage easily spotted. I booked for 6 nights and had to have booking company move me after the first night. Cabin has great potential but in need of significant maintenance. Would not go back to this cabin if it were free.
