This wonderful condominium is over 1800 square feet with views looking at Beaver Creek Mountain.

The bedrooms are set up with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom, a queen in the 3rd bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped with a full bathroom.

Excellent quiet location

We have stayed in multiple different condos in Beaver Creek from ones literally in the middle of the village to ones further away. Oxford Court is a lovely compromise. The building itself was very quiet and didn't have the distraction of continuous heavy foot traffic like others. It is a short walk (but note uphill) to the escalators below the Centennial lift. You can ski OUT to the Elkhorn lift. You can ski IN via the ski bridge from Strawberry. The condo itself was spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kids LOVED the pool, hot tub and weight room. The ski lockers are easily accessed and located in the heated garage. There is a great seating area to put on gear. (this has not always been true in other places where the locker is in the middle of a hallway) Overall we really enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor maintenance issues which we reported to the management company.

Nice Property, Terrible Management Company

My family (5 adult age in total) stayed at this very conveniently located property for a four night stay in December, 2017. The unit was very comfortable and conveniently located to the village and ski lifts. The ski locker was too small for five adult equipment, but the front desk provided us with a much nicer overflow locker.

The Berkshire Hathaway property manager for this particular unit was terrible (I believe East-West Resorts manages the overall building). We were given an outdated code to enter the building (as we arrived after the front desk was closed for the evening) and the property manager was unavailable by phone to help us. After 30 minutes, we tracked down a resident leaving the building who input the code for us but would not give us the code. We finally were able to contact East-West Resorts who were kind enough to provide us with the code, which enabled us to leave the building that evening without fear of not being able to get back in. Once inside, there were no door numbers on the first floor units. So we had to figure out which was our unit by locating the comparable unit in the second floor and assuming the first floor unit was just under it. Numbers were installed on the units prior to our departure...but this is another example of where the Property manager could have helped if they would answer the phone.

Also, the Keurig coffee maker broke and it took multiple attempts to get the property manger to correct the situation. In fact, a representative we had on the phone was a bit rude to my wife. Action occurred after we physically visited their office and ran into a Berkshire Hathaway realtor, who we have known for years. He assisted with the property manager side of their shop.

In summary, a very good property in need of a new, attentive property manager.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are disappointed to learn of some of the challenges you had during your stay, particularly during your check in process. I think it is important that we clarify that the code for the garage door that we gave to you was the code that was given to us by East West Resorts. The code was changed a few days prior to your arrival by them, but unfortunately they did not communicate that to us. In addition, the building manager also had removed the unit numbers on the doors because of some painting they were doing. When you called our office number after hours, you get our voice mail system. There is an option to hit for emergencies and our service calls our manager on duty who answers calls 24/7/365. When your coffee maker broke, you initially went to the building front desk and they informed you to contact us. Once you contacted us, we immediately agreed to bring you a brand new Keurig machine, which we did the same day. It is unfortunate that there were some hiccups in your vacation experience. We do our very best to provide accurate information and prompt and courteous service.

Winter Vacay!

This is our second time to stay at Oxford Court. Our stay went as expected. The accommodations were warm and inviting. We really enjoyed lounging around the den and relaxing by the fireplace. The beds were really comfortable which is key after a hard day of skiing. Everything in the condo was as described.

The view from the main living room and balcony in this condo looks out across the village road at other condos. There is no view of the mountain or surrounding mountains.

Oxford Court is conveniently located within a short walking distance to the main village and right across the street from the Beaver Creek Lodge. It was also close to where we rented our skis (Christy Sports). Our only inconvenience would be that we did not valet our skis and Christy Sports did not have overnight storage. We therefore, had to carry our ski's around to the back entrance of Oxford Court to store them in the provided ski lockers in the garage area. While this is not a major inconvenience, it was difficult with 2 small children. I would recommend finding a way to valet your skis in the village so your walks to and from Oxford Court are a little easier with kids.
