Terrible experience. Not what expected

Do not recommend to stay here. The unit was dirty and not in good conditions. Spoke to Yuri at least 5 times and nothing was resolved

Need to upgrade some things

Overall we made the best of the accommodations. Upon arrival there was no instructions in the unit to let the tenant know what they needed to do as far as parking and surrounding areas..Just said park anywhere on the 4th floor. There was no parking pass we found out after getting a florescent green sticker on the rental window. Then I had to go to the resident parking office and buy a parking pass that was suppose to be refunded to me that wasn't. I was charged 396.00 by the Conrad Hilton for a deposit that has not been refunded and I have a charge on my card from the Conrad Hilton for 142.16 that is unexplainable.

Entering the unit the pictures listed are deceiving the furniture is uncomfortable and a lot of wear and tear. There are no TV's in the bedrooms just old TV stands the bathroom was not cleaned there was "poop" in the toilet. Not sanitary. There are only towels no face towels or dish towels and no the hotel will not give them to you either. I took picture of the walls all scuffed up and marked along with the shower in the bathroom that dripped out water, and trash all behind the washer and in the closet. This would be a great place if they spent some of the money the charge on fixing it up with nicer stuff for their tenants. Ive used home away many times this is the first time I was very disappointed in the accommodations. Be ware of the pictures and probably a good idea to investigate more before booking. Lesson learned.

Great stay!

Stayed here for Miami music week and everything was great! The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. The resort was beautiful and the staff at the Conrad was nice and helpful. Balcony and washer/dryer in the unit were definitely appreciated. Will definitely stay here again!

Resort facilities luxury. The unit not so much.

Loved the pool, spa, workout room and location. View from deck is great, as is the price.

There was no owner manual that I could find in the unit.

And there was damage to a bathroom door that I called the LL about because I didn't want to be held responsible. The property manager was responsive to requests, but he emailed incorrect instructions to operate the TV so an engineer had to make a 2 minute house call.

There is a big stain in the living room carpet. There are black marks on the walls and some poorly painted walls.

The furnishings are not luxury. Dining room table and chairs look cheap and flimsy. They need a new coffee maker. The sink clogged on checkout morning.

Nevertheless, we would stay here again because of the price, location and resort facilities.

Location was perfect

We had an early flight into Miami so I called Jay and he said it was no problem to check in early at 11 am. The Conrad staff gave me a hard time about it until Jay called them and then I was allowed to check in. $100 was taken on card for incidentals. The property is nice. We Valet parked for entire stay and just tipped the guys. There are stickers in apartment folder for valet. You go to 25th floor and then take another elevator around the corner to get to the room. The place is very spacious and the views are incredible. My few complaints were that the carpet had some stains that looked like vomit. The washer and dryer is a all in one combo so

you have to know what you are doing. There is only one tv in the entire apartment. The bedrooms really need to have TVs. Some wall mirrors amor floor mirrors would be nice. It was 5 females in town for my cousins bachelorette so we really needed additional mirrors when getting ready. We called Jay to bring blankets for the couch and he agreed and did so a few hours later. There were lots of towels in the apartment like large towels, beach towels, and hand towels. More face towels were needed. There were no instructions for Wifi left and the hotel was always like you had to talk to the owner about that. For the price paid wifi should be included. Also we cooked breakfast while there and used the dishwasher which leaked and had the carpet soaking wet. Trash chutes are on every floor but in my opinion there should have been a booklet that provided answers to common questions. All in all it was a nice place and we had a great stay.
