The facility is patrolled by a security force and close circuit cameras monitor each floor. The entrance to the garage is located on 7th Street. Monthly parking permits are not available for this garage. Transient rates: $1.00 per hour or any portion thereof up to 15 hours, and a maximum daily rate of $20.00 for any time exceeding 15 hours up to 24 hours (applicable sales tax is included in the hourly and maximum rate). Charming Art Deco Oacean Drive Studio

We are loving our stay in this historic Barbizon building. The studio is just right for a couple. We walk to shopping, cafés, Linclon Road and nightlife. The beach is across the street and we use the provided beach towels. We can rent a cabana on the beach if we want to. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The refrigerator holds our beer, wine, and snacks which we buy at stores that are a block or two away. We love the free WIFI and all the cable channels on the TV. The location on the Ocean Drive is ideal. The studio is clean and well maintained. The owner sent us an email ahead of our stay with detailed instructions and suggestions for local attractions. She has been a pleasure to work with and has answered all our questions promptly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to anyone wanting a true old world South Beach experience. We are LOVING it here!!!

Perfect Escape

I had a wonderful stay with my 2 year old in this cute studio that was perfect for my needs - get some rest. Right across from the beach and on Ocean Drive where everything is within walking distance. My daughter met some other children from Brazil staying in the building and had fun at the beach with them. The studio is right across the beach so we snuck in her afternoon nap after our morning at the beach while I worked on my computer. Kristina was so very responsive before and during our stay. I got some great discounts in a few restaurants nearby. The condo was cute, clean and very comfortable. I would most certainly stay in Kristina’s unit again on my next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay while in South Beach.

Very nice apartment and excellent location!

The apartment was really nice and the location was excellent! There was so many good restaurants very near and the beach was located only couple minutes by walk.

It was huge advantage that the rent included towels, a hairdryer and tableware. The apartment was also very clean and the owner gave us very good information about Miami Beach and restaurants before trip. We got very good customer service from the owner.

We really enjoyed the apartment and we will definetely rent it if we travel to Miami again!

Wonderful Vacation

Perfect location! To get to the beach we just had to cross the street and all the bars and restaurants were surrounding us. We didn't rent a car and it was perfectly fine because we could walk everywhere. The apartment was very clean, spacious and confortable.

Great size closet and bathroom.

The building, art deco, was clean, quiet and all redone, good for everyone to stay.

If you need something you can ask Kristina and she can help in any way is possible, so no problems... also the front desk staff is very helpful…

We would definitely come back, it was a great place to stay and it allowed us to enjoy our vacation without any problems.

I recommend this place to anyone, you will not regret the choice.

L'appartamento è in posizione davvero ottima: a piedi si possono raggiungere tranquillamente i punti principali della città.

La descrizione è veritiera, piccolo ma comodo e con tutto l'essenziale. Molto apprezzata la pulizia della stanza appena arrivati.

I proprietari son stati sempre gentili e disponibili, ci hanno anche aiutato a trovare i ristoranti più economici della zona fornendoci una lista dettagliata. Dovessi tornare li ricontatterei sicuramente.

Great location

We stayed at Barbizon for one week. Booked apartment throu Kristina, excellent response and help from her. Guided us through everything from booking, arrival, departure and miami hotspots.

Apartment was set in the south of ocean drive. Great location with closeness to beach and restaurants / nightlife. We appreciated that we werent in the middle of ocean drive due to all the late night clubing. Clean and fresh apartment.
