About Risco de Jager
We are Ineke and Risco de Jager and we live here on this beautiful spot along the Linde for more than 25 years.
Risco de Jager purchased this Farmhouse in 1987
Why Risco de Jager chose Oldeberkoop
After years of raising (foster) children, who now live on their own, this house is actually to big for us. So we had the idea to rent a part of our farmhouse and let other people enjoy all the beauty that this spot and house have to offer. After a tough renovation we are ready to receive guests since 08-07-2013. There is enough entertainment and nature here and in the neighbourhood for families, two or more small families or groups. You will be very welcome, there's enough room.

Very nice, cozy, well decorated and peacefully located property.
We stayed at the Oldeberkoop property for 2 nights in May and were heartily welcomed by our hosts. The house was very clean and the facilities included everything we could have wanted. We had ordered the breakfast package before arriving and the next morning were provided with an abundance of food, as well as some baggies in which we could pack a lunch for our bike trip in Dwingeloo.
The town itself is quite small and we went to a restaurant in a neighboring town by mistake, but drove through Oldeberkoop the next day where we saw some restaurants, cafe where we could have eaten.
The surrounding area made for a beautiful ride through lovely small villages and country charm beyond expectations. We were able to rent bikes easily nearby in the city of Dwingeloo and rode bikes for 5+ hours. Unfortunately, we had only booked for 2 nights, but would have loved more time to enjoy the peace and tranquility. Great for a family to stay with hot tub and trampoline.
Thank you for your nice words.
Always welcome with your whole family next time.
