Our guests enjoy the comfort and convenience of a fully equipped, well maintained and professionally managed vacation home in Whistler Village. Our homes feature luxuries like a private hot tub, heated pool, high-speed internet, in-suite laundry, full kitchen, living area and free parking.

All of our two-bedroom vacation homes have a queen bed in one room and a queen pull out couch in the living room. The second bedroom either has two twin beds that can be joined to make a king upon request or a tri bunk with a single on top and a double bed below. Location, location, location. I chose to manage homes at Glaciers Reach because of a central and convenient location in Whistler Village. In addition to that Glaciers Reach has a heated year round pool and sauna. All of our homes have a private hot tub as well. Keeping all of our homes in one complex allows us to maintain and clean them more effectively and efficiently.

What makes this townhome unique

All of our homes have a private hot tub, a shared pool and a convenient location in Whistler Village. We also have two full time cleaners that have been with us for 4 and 6 years, they do an amazing job and I am sure that you will notice the difference.

Not What I Expected

Although the location of the condo was great (across the street from the village), we were a little disappointed. Our two main issues with this rental:

1. The condo description states that the unit is air conditioned when in fact, there is no central A/C. What it does have is a box A/C unit in each bedroom (on the 3rd floor) which meant the rest of the condo (living room/kitchen) was sweltering hot.

2. I had asked the owner if the pool was heated as we had hoped to take my toddler swimming everyday. He said it was. It was not. It was ice cold - her teeth were chattering within 5 minutes of being in the pool.

Owner's Response: It is true that only the bedrooms have AC units so the second floor can get hot but we do provide fans in most homes as well. This particular home #61 Glaciers Reach has a southern exposure with lots of sun and fantastic views of Whistler Blackcomb. In the evenings even in the summer it will get cool but it can get hot in the summer. If this is your thing baking on a huge upper deck with amazing mountain views then this is your place. We have lots of homes at Glaciers Reach to choose from The pool is heated but it will routinely need additional water added especially after the weekend and this temporarily cold. When I enquired about booking two days before we were going to Whistler (ya I'm a last minute guy , get over it). I made several enquiries with several places. Trevor responded immediately and hooked us up with exactly what we wanted and gave us all available discounts. Out of the other 3 companies I requested info from , one responded on the day I wanted to check in. Shameful, especially if u owned one of these spots.

The instructions Trevor sent were complete and everything was as expected. Hassle free. Thanks

I rented this property sort of last minute with a few friends, and I must say, I was expecting to walk in and have the unit overly small (camera lens can do that to ya) and cheap finishes, however this was not the case!

It was extremely nice for the price (and in Whistler), and comfortably slept 4 adults no problem.

I'd definitely stay here again (so long as they keep the prices low).
