Wonderful newly renovated, conveniently located 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with stone patio on New York Avenue (the main road connecting Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven).
Come with or without your car because Public Transportation to ALL TOWNS is a piece of cake! Young and old can easily hop on the local bus which runs every 20 min from 6:45A to 1:30A. The bus will pick you up and drop you off DIRECTLY IN FRONT of the house when flagged!
If you prefer to walk into town...no problem! Enjoy everything OAK BLUFFS has to offer within a 5-10 MIN WALKING distance – gorgeous harbor offers fine or family dining, great shopping, bars, beaches, parks, water-activities, auto/bike rentals, fishing charters, dancing, live music, band-stand concerts, ice-cream, liquor and grocery stores, the famous CAROUSEL, turn-of-the century ginger-bread cottages, and the Tabernacle!

* Spacious fully equipped kitchen with island, brand new appliances (refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher), microwave, blender, and Keurig coffeemaker.
* Sliding doors to outdoor bluestone patio and sun-filled private yard.
* 3RD BEDROOM with 2 twin beds (which can be combined to a king if needed), 2 night tables, ottoman, and large closet.
* Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, closet and vanity.

Washer/Dryer, outdoor grille and patio set w/ umbrella, 2 lounge chairs, 4 beach chairs, phone, & internet are available. Linens and beach towels are provided.

Great Location!

My family (including grandma and a couple of preteens) had a wonderful experience. Home ideally located for a walk (or bike ride) into OB or VH. Amenities were just what we needed and owner was helpful and communicative. A great time was had by all, and fit of our housing was icing on the cake.

Easy access with a great host

0.75 miles to Nancy’s and downtown OB, 1.5 mile easy walk to the Inkwell. Clean and as advertised. We are looking to extend our stay next year. Host was very responsive.

Cute house, great location

We booked this house for a girls weekend and it worked out perfectly! Mary was very responsive and accommodating. The location was great, making it easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. The house was clean, bedrooms were nice sized, and two full bathrooms was a huge plus. We had no issues with our stay and would recommend to others.

Property is great to entertain or enjoy quiet evenings and it's only minutes to town. Beautiful interior recently renovated with all new appliances, furnishings, windows, and amenities. Perfect for singles, couples, and families. It is a home away from home and I am proud to say that previous renters who have come back to the Vineyard have always chosen to stay with us again!!
