This condo is in the perfect location for guests coming to Boston to attend a convention at the BCEC. It is a short, flat, easy walk to the convention center. South Boston has all you will need to enjoy your stay and it's all within walking distance. Castle Island provides fantastic walking and running routes all along the water. You can grab a hot dog or ice cream at Sullivan's and sit and watch the boats go by or planes land at Logan. M Street Beach is the perfect spot to enjoy some sun without leaving the city. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and neighborhood markets only blocks from this condo. The new Liberty Wharf is 1.25 miles down the street and features fantastic restaurants like Del Frisco's, Legal Seafood Harborside, Jerry Remy's Sports Bar, and Temazcal. (Just to name a few.) The Wharf is also home to Boston's newest comedy club: Laugh Boston, and the Blue Hills Pavilion concert venue.
But....since you're here...you might as well check out all Boston has to offer. South Boston provides easy access to all of Boston's attractions. This condo is a mere 0.6 from the Redline and it's an easy ride to Faneuil Hall, the North End, Boston Common, Fenway Park, TD Garden and the Aquarium. If you are looking for a daytrip take a ferry ride to Provincetown or historic Salem.
Come and enjoy summer in the city!!!!!
Four girlfriends stayed at this condo for St. Patrick's Day weekend (3/17-3/20/2017). Our positive experience started long before we arrived. The property owner Kate made herself available to answer all our questions from places to go, parade information and even parking alternatives since there was some snow and ice still on the streets. The location was perfect for our needs. We were in walking distance for the parade, dining and drinks. Although the T was close by we chose to take Lyft (Uber) when heading to Faneuil Hall, etc. The condo size worked out perfect for us. Even with 4 women and 1 bathroom we still managed to shower and get ready in the morning without an issue. Kate provided snacks for our arrival and although we didn't get to meet her in person, we did text a couple of times while there and she was quick to respond. There is a supermarket within walking distance which also came in handy. The condo has an electric fireplace which we thoroughly enjoyed when coming in from the cold. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to do so again ourselves! Thank you Kate!
Kate is the ultimate host, from snacks to wine to having all the amenities! The location and comfort of her home was the best part of our stay! Don't hesitate to stay here to see Boston!!! Thanks again Kate!!
We really enjoyed our stay in South Boston. Kate was very responsive and the condo is full of information on things to do and how to get around town. We found the location to be convenient to local transportation. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance too. The condo was also well stocked. Well worth the stay!
I almost don't want to give this place a good review, because then it's more likely to be booked up the next time I'm in Boston. :) The apartment is cosy and has absolutely everything you need. Everything Kate, our host, said, was spot on and she goes above and beyond to make your arrival welcoming with little snacks and things. She has made a folder with lots of useful information, which we referred to a number of times. Kate even provided things like shampoo and conditioner (one of these things one hates to have to travel with - the big bottles are too heavy and take too much space, and the small ones are, well, just too small ha ha ha). The neighbourhood is nice, some great places on West Broadway which Kate recommended (although not for a quiet dinner, they are all bar/restaurant places, so quite buzzing and noisy) but also a short Uber ride to areas like Back Bay, Downtown Crossing and wherever else you need to go. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks Kate - hope you're not all booked up the next time I'm in Boston :)
We enjoyed our stay, everything exceeded expectations.
