It was perfect. Thank you very much. We look forward to coming back.
Transitional neighborhood near fun dining options. Very old Charleston home with additional rental on first floor and next door. Limited comfortable seating in upstairs unit.
Our photos show the furnishings exactly as they are.
Reasonably priced alternative to historic district
Interesting neighborhood with lots of unpretentious restaurants and some interesting historic homes. Good safe off street parking. Able to walk to King street restaurants or take the DASH free bus to historic district. Lots of information available in the owners book which was helpful. Apartment was very clean and bedrooms were good size with comfy beds. The weather wasn’t very good so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the large piazza which would have been nice. Living room is small and not very easy to have four people watch tv. Older place but good value for the price. Lois was responsive to our texts and flexible about checkout time which was very much appreciated.
Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. An Interesting old house with character and comfortable beds.
Very nice accommodation
I was unable to go....but friends stayed in my stead....the report I got was that the apt was a basic, very clean accommodation in a great location. I appreciated the professionalism of the owner Lois who gifted my husband and I One night free because we were unable to attend and we had paid for the accommodation. We look forward to staying there at a later time when we can go.
Many thanks for your review. You will have a great time when you are able to make it to Charleston. We look forward to having you as our guest.
Charming historical house
The apartment was very clean and walkable to downtown attractions. I'd definitely recommend it for two people or two couples. It was a bit smaller than I thought it would from the photos. But had most everything you need. It didn't have a toaster oven which we missed in the morning! Overall, nice.
The apartment has a full size oven, a full size refrigerator (one year old) and a full size dishwasher. We have a toaster, a microwave, and a blender. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes. Also, some of the top “new” restaurants are located in the neighborhood.
