It was nice, just what we needed it.

Great location and Lois was very responsive. Since its an older home it can get a bit warm during the day in the hot summer months but hopefully you will be out and about exploring the city.

For a quick weekend trip it was perfect. Walking distance to King St. Or an $8 Uber if you prefer.

Lovely apartment within walking distance of all the King Street activities.

  • 5 of 5

We loved the apartment and the location was perfect for our weekend in Charleston. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't get in it again until we left. King Street is just a few short blocks away - we took advantage of all the activities it has to offer. The area surrounding the apartment is becoming known for its dining. We had Sunday brunch at The Garage (just a few blocks away) and tried the Green Eggs and Ham - delicious! We also stopped into Fuel and had an adult beverage on their outdoor patio. The apartment is stocked with everything you will need. It was nice to be able to make coffee before we set out for the day. Thanks for the hospitality Lois! We loved the city and will be back soon!

Charming Charlestown hits the mark

  • 4 of 5

Everything was great except the wifi did not work. Great restaurant down the street. Walk into town took half hour. Many cafe spots along King Street. Downtown was spectacular! Recommend the bike taxis and the carriage ride super!

Owner's Response: We worked very hard to repair the wifi. The modem was replaced just after this guest left. It was a Comcast issue and therefore very frustrating as a host.
