I invite you to stay at my condo and experience Austin the way it was meant to be experienced!

Modern 2BR next to Convention Ctr, 2blks to 6th St., balcony, pool, parking...

I am leasing my personal condo in the heart of downtown Austin. Place sleeps 4 very comfortably, up to 6 are possible. You simply cannot find a more convenient downtown location. You are literary surrounded by restaurants, bars and venues.

This modern condo is in excellent like-new condition - on par with luxury hotel suites. It has been recently fully remodeled and updated with stained concrete and hard-wood floors, concrete countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances, new furniture... Just to name a few examples.



An open living area features a very comfortable sleeper sofa accommodating 2 additional guest. Cable TV and wireless internet will keep you entertained should the weather keep you indoors.


Cooking & eating:

A fully equipped kitchen is available for your use. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware... Anything you can think of to prepare a gourmet dinner.

A large center island seats four. A custom wine rack may also come in handy.



There are two bedrooms with a queen bed each. One bedroom has a firm memory foam mattress, the other a medium standard mattress. Floor rugs accent the acacia hard wood floors.

A twin air mattress and a hammock on the balcony will each sleep an additional person :)



A 'Jack & Jill' bathroom offers a private sink and toilet area for each bedroom. A tub/shower area is shared by both.


Guest access:

You will have access to the entire condo as well as a gated parking space. The swimming pool is open daily 10am to 10pm.


Check in/out:

Check-in is typically at 4pm or any after that. Check-out is no later than 11am. However, these times can be somewhat flexible, provided we have a prior agreement.

I will be available to personally check you in and out. Other than that, you can reach me on my phone, e-mail, or Skype should you have any questions or requests. I can also arrange for additional housekeeping services for longer stays if requested.



You simply cannot find a more convenient downtown location. This is not 'a short cab ride away...' or 'minutes from...'. You are literary surrounded by restaurants, bars and venues, yet facing away from 4th street allowing for relative peace and quiet when you need to relax.

- 2 blocks from congress avenue

- 2 blocks from the warehouse district

- 1 block from the Austin convention center

- 4 blocks from lady bird lake

- 1/2 mi from the Texas capitol

- 3/4 mi from whole foods


Getting around:

- airport shuttle stops in front of the building... 30 min to airport

- 1 block to light rail downtown stop

- 1 to 2 blocks to dozens of buses

- pedicabs are probably the best way to get around downtown during busy event dates (a bit pricey though)

- car2go, Zipcar and other car sharing programs available in Austin with designated parking spots within 1-2 blocks

This was a spacious apartment right across the street from the convention center.

The apartment was very nice with a big living room, a large television and a great kitchen with comfortable seating for the 4 of us. The building and apartment were secured by keyless entry. There was a small pool in an adjoining building.

As described there was one shower/tub with 2 sink/toilet rooms. Toiletries, many towels and even a washer/dryer were provided.

Our host who lives next door met us on arrival and was available if needed. He provided a comprehensive guide with local restaurants, etc.

Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as there were a couple of noisy garbage truck events overnight.

Overall very highly recommended especially if you are going to the convention center.

Amazing host, great location, great apartment.

We really could not have asked for a better experience. Jiri was super awesome and very helpful during our stay. He was flexible in terms of checking in early which was very nice. In addition he also provided us with a list of places to eat and things to do. In terms of the apartment, it was clean, very well furnished and had a very homely feel to it. All in all the experience was great and I'm sure I will book this place again when I am in Austin next.
