If you are looking for a beautiful place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle, then Redfish Village is for you. Located in Blue Mountain Beach, nestled along the beautiful Scenic Hwy 30A corridor, which meanders along beautiful scenic byways, ocean views and coastal dune lakes and is the scenic route through little seaside communities of Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, is the new community of Redfish Village which boasts not only new state of the art private bungalows but also offers the convenience of on site shops, stores with a new restaurant opening soon! But best of all, is the private and exclusive beach pavilion, complete with bath houses and beach setups (offered at a nominal fee) for Redfish Village owners and guests located only one short block away which can be accessed by the complimentary beach shuttle service or by checking out one of the Redfish Village bikes on site. Of course, it's also a beautiful short stroll as well.

Out of the fray but close enough to be a part if want to. Condo & overall complex really nice. Love having shuttle to beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Rich taste at reasonable prices.

Do you ever wish you could get more for less? You do with this unit. Secluded in a corner on the top floor you have a private entrance and patio. The deck has a breathtaking view of the river that flows into the ocean. A true blending of nature and modern features await you here. The complex has the feel of a resort without the expense. The beach is a short step away and the recommended chair and umbrella people are so accommodating. You are surrounded by fabulous restuarants, entertainment, and vista's galore. Want to stay in, check out the local gourmet shops and wine stores and create a beautiful meal in the spacious and modern kitchen. Biggest treat for us was having Thanksgiving and there being a rosemary bush in the garden for fresh herbs. This has been our family destination for years and cannot be beat.

Everything your family needs!

This beautiful condo is a short block from the beach, with a fantastic south-facing deck overlooking the Gulf sunrise and sunset. The complex has a large pool, the unit is spacious with nice furnishings and special appointments. Kitchen was well-equipped. This segment of Santa Rosa beach is mostly residential and uncrowded. Parking is sheltered under the building. We'll be back!

Fantastic Location and Ambiance!

Great condo with lots of room. Having 3 bathrooms is great. Very nicely decorated, with beautiful, updated kitchen and open floor plan. Love the HUGE deck for relaxing and viewing the sunsets. The owners were very responsive to all our questions and needs. It's an easy walk to the beach, and convenient to restaurants and shopping,without being in the middle of the crazy crowds. A perfect getaway for family or friends.

Great Property Location. Awesome Condo Design.Terribly Managed. Never Going Again.

We have stayed there several times but not dealt with this management company before. Arrived on a Saturday and checked in. The cable TV in the master bedroom didn't work, towel bar was pulled off the wall in the bathroom, the fan and overhead light didn't work in the 2nd bedroom, and the shower light was out. All this brought to management's attention that afternoon. Was told they would be over late that evening. Never showed up. Called Monday and was told they would come by at lunch and never showed up. Called the property manager Tuesday and she put me through to the head of maintenance. Said everything would be fixed that day. All they did was replace the remote to the fan/light so we at least could see. They took the cable box and was told it had to be replaced and was taking it to the cable company. Wednesday afternoon called and asked where the cable box was and was told it would be there that evening. It never came. When we left on Friday evening I ran into maintenance and asked them about the cable box and was told they haven't had time to go to the cable company. At least he was honest. When we left--still no cable box, towel bar still lying on the bathroom floor and no light in the shower. When you pay several thousand dollars for a condo you expect for issues to be addressed and not just pass the buck. I hate it that we now have to find a new place to vacation.

Our management team, Sandcastle Escapes, has tried to reach out to you by phone and has also sent emails in an effort to offer compensation for the issues you experienced. I am sorry they were unable to connect with you. If the onsite management from Redfish Village was not accommodating please accept my apology. We are happy to say that the whole building has been painted, including new walkways. We've upgraded our locks for better and easier access and have put on a new outside door. The annual deep clean has been completed which is always very refreshing. All items have been addressed and your concerns have been made top priority. Again, thanks so much for your review, we hope that although these issues may have caused some set backs during your stay that your overall experience was a good one.
