Our spacious condo is in a great location for both skiing and nightlife. The layout works well for families or couples: two private suites, each with full bath & each with two queen-sized handcrafted Western pine log beds. This is our second home and we’ve outfitted it like a home – not a motel. A few other highlights: three LED TV sets with DVD players, Old Hickory log cabin dining chairs, full size washer and dryer, granite countertops, 85 channel HD cable TV, gas fireplace, quick recovery hot water heater, new living room furniture, ultra-quiet dish washer, new flat top stove, secure WiFi, gas fireplace, and more.

Our slope-side location directly on the Four O’Clock Ski Run makes getting on and off the slopes a delight. After you’ve enjoyed your runs, you’ll be soaking in one of our hot tubs while other skiers are still walking back to their condos. Ski access is by free bus right out front to all base lifts & the gondola. Free buses also go to Keystone, Copper Mountain, or Arapahoe Basin. Or walk to the gondola (3 blocks). For fun in the evening, you are only a three minute walk from the heart of downtown.

The kitchen is well-equipped, but restaurants and bars in all price ranges are within two blocks. An outdoor gas grill is convenient for your use, and a supermarket is a few blocks away. The floor-to-ceiling, south-facing windows provide warmth and a view of Mount Baldy from the private balcony.

Your car is protected in covered parking within the building and the elevator is a big help in getting your belongings to the unit. A ski closet immediately by the front door protects your ski equipment. Enjoy our snow sleds, books, games and movies.

The fun Western décor will provide plenty of conversation. Along with Western posters, old cowboy photos and antique photos of Breckenridge, you’ll find authentic Indian handicrafts, Cowboy chaps, hats and spurs, and a real deerskin Indian shirt. Check out the Clint Eastwood movie poster in Portuguese.

International visitors love our place -- 2017/18 will see guests from New Zealand, Australia, and Mexico.

This was my first time using VRBO and what a great experience. Steve and Anne were very responsive, informative and personable. They even sent a "things to know" with directions, favorite restaurants and ski rentals...we used just about all of it. Their condo was fantastic and incredibly convenient to the slopes...practically skied into the elevator and the shuttle to the gondola took 5 mins or less. The condo is nicely decorated and easy to lounge and nap in. My favorite part was the nicely the kitchen was equipped making it really easy and fun to do home cooking. I recommend this to anyone headed for Breckenridge.

Very nice condo with "real life" amenities, like every kitchen item you would have at home! Shampoo/Conditioner was a great bonus. Very nice furnishings, great ski in location. Bus stop for ski out is not far to walk. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Cozy ski condo!

This property thought of all the small things. It was delightful to get back from a day of skiing and turn on the fire. We will definitely be recommending this location to friends. It was also great to be able to ski back to the condo.

The one downside was having neighbors above us....but we will be staying here again. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Great location for Sking. .

We liked how you can ski down to unit from Peak 8 using the 4 O'clock Downtown trail. Really enjoyed the FIREPLACE! GREAT LOCATION TO MAIN STREET. Thank you Steve! We had a great time.

Wisconsin Family Breck Vacation-March 25, 2017 Stay

The room was perfect in reference to the owner's desciption on VRBO and was very clean. It is a block from downtown and 5 minutes bus ride to the gondolas or to the base of peak 8 to ski at Breckenridge. Bus stop was right outside the Sawmill Condos. We could not ski to the condos since it was spring and the 4 o'clock was pretty thin with snow. Easy to park and getting to town was simple since it was only a two blocks away. I would recommend Fatty's Italian Restaurant. Outstanding Lasangna at a very fair price!! Ski lockers are right outside your condo door and made it easy to store at night. The bathrooms were tight. One person at a time for sure. Living area was great to spread out for a larger family of 6 or 8. Beds were queens with good mattresses. Bedrooms are tight. You could have 8 people in this condo but it would be pretty tight I think when it comes to bathrooms and sleeping space. Thank you for a great stay for our family of four.

Owner's Response: Thanks John for pointing out our great location. Our condo, at 1200 ft.², is among the largest two bedrooms in Breckenridge. River Mountain Lodge across the street is between 780 ft.² and 900 ft.² for a two bedroom.

Home away from home

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay during our 4-day-ski trip at Breckenridge.

The condo provided everything we need - it definitely made us feel like home. We were especially impressed with the range of condiments and sauces etc in the kitchen. Small details count!

It's conveniently located, so that we could easily walk to restaurants in town and catch the free buses to ski lifts.

Overall, we really appreciate the owners' consideration for everything in the condo!

Right here -- ski right to the condo

The gondola is three blocks away, although in snow and ice, we prefer the free full size bus that picks up immediately in front of the building and takes you within minutes to the base mountain. The Snowflake Lift is 1200 feet, but that is a slight uphill walk which many find difficult given the altitude, snow, ice, etc.
