Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa in Orlando, Florida. With a private pool and fenced backyard, this is the perfect retreat for ultimate privacy and relaxation.

Our villa is conveniently located near Disney World and all the major theme parks in Orlando. You'll have easy access to all the fun and excitement that the city has to offer.The pool area is perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Sit back and relax on the patio chairs or enjoy a meal at the outdoor table. It's the ideal spot for a refreshing dip or some quality time with family and friends.

Entertainment is never an issue in our home. We have a games area in the garage that is sure to keep the whole family entertained. Enjoy a game of pool, table football, and more.

The living area is cozy and comfortable, equipped with a corner sleeper sofa and a SMART TV with TIVIMATE for access to all your favorite TV channels. Stay connected with high-speed internet access provided throughout the villa.

The open plan lounge leads to the dining area, where you can enjoy a relaxing dinner at home. The glass-topped table and six chairs provide a perfect setting for meals with loved ones.

Our separate kitchen with a breakfast table is fully equipped with all the essentials including a cooker, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils. We even provide plastic-ware for use around the pool.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a TV, a large walk-in wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom includes a vanity unit with lights above, a walk-in shower, and a toilet.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a TV. The third bedroom has twin beds, a TV, a ceiling fan, and built-in wardrobes. Both bedrooms come with beautiful wooden floors.

The main bathroom, located between the second and third bedrooms, includes a vanity unit, toilet, and a bath with an overhead shower.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer for your convenience, Wi-Fi internet access, fully air conditioning throughout the villa, ceiling fans, and smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Overall

Communication with the manager was excllent, the house really need an upgrade, furniture needs to be change as well as tables, chairs (no glass) and all matress.

Good Location / Kitchen Issues

The place is as described. Easy access to Disney Parks, Walmart practically next door to the neighborhood. Neighborhood was quiet. Communication w/ rental company was great up through the booking and up to check in. We did have some issues such as a ceiling fan not working, a light not working, etc which was easy to report through their online portal but did not get any responses so not sure if they actually got them or not. The worst part for us was the cleanliness of the kitchen. Almost everything we wanted to use had to be washed first as the dishes, silverware, and pots/pans were dirty and it wasn't just water spots. We like to buy groceries and cook meals to save on eating out but it was difficult as very limited amount of pots/pans, etc and some of them are not in the best shape so wouldn't sit properly on the burners etc. We managed but if you plan to do much cooking, I would not recommend this property. I did report the issues w/ the kitchen so hopefully at least the dishes, etc will get a thorough cleaning so that isn't an issue for anyone else. Otherwise, decent place and good location to everything if cooking isn't something you plan on doing and just looking for a place to relax from the days adventures.

Nice, cozy, quiet spot to chill

Pictures of the property should be updated to show detail of rooms and furnishing. But above all me and my family were happy with staying there. The kids loved the game room in the garage which was a plus.
