Excellent home away. We have a very very Merry Christmas
We enjoy the sunset and the little Christmas light decoration in the pool.
We only miss the blender from home.
Our relatives rented other homes and ours was the best
No worries, just relaxing...
We visit the Orlando area often since we have grown children there. It is so much nicer to stay in a home where we can all relax. This home had everything we needed with plenty of room to spread out. We loved that it was just off of the turnpike.
Had a great stay..
Had a great stay enjoyed the pool.
well it was ok. the heat we paid for was not turned on, so we lost 2 days of pool usage. the shower curtain in the bathroom was nothing but mold. we went out and bought a new one. the toilet in the master bedroom constantly ran. the screens on the lanai were ripped and the door was not attached to the frame. the cleaning people need to do a better job. other than that the house was fine.
It always confuses us when a guest stays in one of your homes for a week and will never call us if they have a problem. Then they go home and exaggerate the problems. The screens were being repaired from the hurricane. Screen material was out of stock in Orlando/Kissimmee and took longer than normal. There was one screen ripped at the bottom. Because of the hurricane winds, it had pulled the hinge screws out of the door. We reattached the hinge and it was fine. There is no way a shower curtain or liner was nothing but mold. But if we were called, it would have been replaced that day. If the toilet ran continually, and they never called, that wasted a lot of water. We should have been called about these items.
It was a lovely home away from home!
Well equipped, comfortable
My family stayed here for a convention and the home was well equipped. We cooked full meals and had all the needed dishes, pots, utensils, etc. The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was older, and less cared for than others I have seen in the area. But, it was safe and clean. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Overall, this stay was very smooth.
