Sleeps 4-12 adults comfortably! Spacious large 5 bedroom condo unit in the Paniolo Greens Complex in Waikoloa Village. (TWO & THREE bedroom rates negotiable upon availability). The unit enjoys ocean and mountain views. While it is less than 15 minutes from Haupuna beach and many other beautiful beaches on the Kohala coast, it is just far enough up into the mountainside to receive regular cooling mountain breezes. There are 2 master bedroom suites with private baths. All rooms have private lanais. It comfortably sleeps 10 adults in private rooms and can accommodate 2 guests on the living room sleeper sofa. A large kitchen with plenty of room for extra cooks is another unique feature of this home. Separate dining table for 6 inside and outdoor dining on 2 different lanais, and a private BBQ grill outside in addition to the those available at the resort. The large living room has an additional small dining area for 4. There are 2 washer and dryers and 4 Lanai’s with ocean views.

The Owner's of this property have been involved in developing properties all over the world and have chosen this property as their home away from home. They love the location, tropical weather and close proximity to beaches, resorts, golf, tennis, fine dining and numerous Big Island activities.
Quiet, peaceful, views, golfing, swimming, reading, writing, relaxing...just chilling! Easy access to activities. Drive to Volcano National Park and see an active volcano or drive to the top of Mauna Kea and really be on top of the world! Deep sea fishing, snorkeling, diving, dolphins, whales!
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY IT IS VERY WELL UPKEPT AND CLEAN THE OWNER IS WONDERFUL AND VERY PERSONABLE.
We needed a place for 10 people to stay for the Hawaii 70.3. We wanted something in the Waikoloa area and found this condo. It was perfect for what we needed. Clean, spacious, and great layout. It's a little further from Kona than we thought it would be, but a good location for the race. Overall we were very pleased and highly recommend if you need something nice to sleep 10 comfortably in Waikoloa.
My family and my wife's brother's family rented this unit for 10 nights. The layout of the condo is a great for a large group or two families. When we arrived we found the condo clean and ready for our stay. The unit is epuipped with all of kitchenware you will need to prepare and serve your meals. A huge bonus is that the unit has a propane grill right off the kitchen. Also, a full service supermarket is within a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. If you havent been to the Big Island or are unfamiliar with Waikoloa Village, this is a great location. Although you are off the water you are within minutes of the best beaches on the island (Hapuna, Beach 69, and the beach at Mauna Kea resort). Additionally, Waikoloa Village has a very nice golf course that is reasonably priced that is close to the condo. All in all, this condo is a good value in a good location.
