Sleeps 4-12 adults comfortably! Spacious large 5 bedroom condo unit in the Paniolo Greens Complex in Waikoloa Village. (TWO & THREE bedroom rates negotiable upon availability). The unit enjoys ocean and mountain views. While it is less than 15 minutes from Haupuna beach and many other beautiful beaches on the Kohala coast, it is just far enough up into the mountainside to receive regular cooling mountain breezes. There are 2 master bedroom suites with private baths. All rooms have private lanais. It comfortably sleeps 10 adults in private rooms and can accommodate 2 guests on the living room sleeper sofa. A large kitchen with plenty of room for extra cooks is another unique feature of this home. Separate dining table for 6 inside and outdoor dining on 2 different lanais, and a private BBQ grill outside in addition to the those available at the resort. The large living room has an additional small dining area for 4. There are 2 washer and dryers and 4 Lanai’s with ocean views.

Big enough for extended family
This place is large enough for a large group of people to stay with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. Their housekeeping needs some improvement though. The bottoms of shower curtains were orange from mold, bath towels are worn and dingy and carpet is really dirty in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The 2 larger bedrooms have nice mattresses but the smaller rooms have much cheaper and uncomfortable ones. Lots of ants and dead bugs, but we know that is kind of typical for Hawaii. Overall the whole condo could benefit from a deep cleaning. We also own a VRBO and I know how hard it is to keep a place clean, but also know how important it is to our guests. It was great having 2 sets of washer and dryers. We really enjoyed our stay but felt we paid a cleaning fee that was quite expensive for a place that wasn’t that clean.
Perfect condo for our 11 people group. Convenient location.
Spacious kitchen, nice living area, good mattresses in the four bedrooms. It was nice to have four TVs, an ice maker in the fridge, and two washer/driers. Gracious landlord to work with. Sorry to have to go back home!
Unit was as advertised. It needs some maintenance.
This is a conveniently located and adequately appointed condo. It served our needs.
However, the barbecue grill is burning to pieces and needs replaced. The mold in the tubs caulking is annoying, tho probably not dangerous. Many drains were slow.
We rented the place because of the price and location. Guess we got what we paid for.
Exceptional unit for the 9 family members who came to stay together. Swimming, snorkeling nearby.
Hard to find such a good place for so many people. Well-equipped kitchen with everything working. Gear available for boogie boarding and snorkeling. Close to shopping, groceries, restaurants and especially a number of beautiful beaches. The owner seemed anxious to help us have a good experience. Our family enjoyed the time there and would definitely consider doing it again some time.
Great property for families
Our stay last week was really nice. The condo had just about everything we needed, with the exception of cribs for the babies. The location was great for the families as it was away from the hustle and bustle and quiet. The only real drawback was the construction that started on our second to last day. The units surrounding our condo were being gutted for remodeling and the noise was horrendous! It went on from 7am until 7pm making it hard to be in the condo.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY IT IS VERY WELL UPKEPT AND CLEAN THE OWNER IS WONDERFUL AND VERY PERSONABLE.

Take 1st left and face into Building L Park in space 104 or 105
