Immaculate and recently updated, family-friendly townhouse, located 5 minutes from North Conway Village with tax-free shopping and dining. The White Mountains Forest begins in our back yard. Hike and cross-country ski outside our back door. Swim, bike, and rock climb at Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge (1/2 mile away). Fish, kayak, and canoe the Saco River (1 mile away). Horseback riding and sleigh rides are less than 1 mile away. Storyland and several golf courses are less than 15 minutes away. If it is skiing, tubing and snowboarding that you love, then Attitash, Mt. Cranmore and Bear Peak are 10 minutes away and Bretton Woods and Wildcat are 20 minutes away. Our home easily accommodates 2 families with all of the amenities of home.

Wonderful home nestled in the woods

This was a wonderful, family friendly townhouse nestled in the woods. It was very close to the main strip in North Conway, but far enough away that you could avoid the traffic and enjoy the peace and quiet. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed all 3 levels and the home fit our group perfectly. My two toddlers especially enjoyed the playroom in the downstairs and as parents that wanted to feel like we were on vacation too, we could relax nearby why they played with the toys. Thank you for a wonderful trip, we hope to be back next year.

Home Away From Home

The property was clean, neat, new, and plenty big! With multiple rooms, floors, beds, a play room, a foosball table and a grill, plus the space my family of 5 needed (2 year old, 3 year old, 8 year old and 2 adults). It was truly a home away from Home! Well be back again next year!

Not worth it

Don't waste your money!! The neighboring townhouse had construction going on the entire week we were there... their dogs also never leashed. There is a trash limit with no recycling option.. you must make your own beds when you arrive and wash everything returning it to original location prior to leaving... not my ideal duty during vacation... the pillows had blood stains on them and the beds were very uncomfortable. The washing machine is tiny, not ideal for a household of swimming during the summer or washing linens before leaving. No cable tv. No central air or air conditioning... cooking dinner left the house unbearable. No yard for kids to play. The gas grill was left disgusting so we chose not to use it. The house was not very clean either. Dirty socks were left under our bed from whoever and it was very dusty. I thought this was absurd seeing how you pay a cleaning fee before arrival. Fridge was filled with old food from previous renters. The owners showed up 2 days after we left and went thru our trash, found a empty cigarette pack and tried to say we were smoking in the unit. she could not prove it but she did charge us additional to clean a shower vent and to replace shower mat and curtain. I found this comical. The unit was completely outdated. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a better unit.

Owner's Response: Unfortunately, this dissatisfied renter only claimed their dissatisfaction in their review. Not once did they make any contact with us when they received their rental agreement (to discuss the laundering), upon arrival or during their stay. They never gave us any indication that there was an issue with our neighbors or with our home. We have many satisfied renters over the many years that we've rented the house, so I believe the only reason for their negative review is because we had the unfortunate need to deduct from their security deposit for breaking the rules in our rental agreement (smoking inside our home). We had the opportunity to visit the unit immediately after their departure only to find that we had a bathroom that someone clearly smoked in and we personally found the empty cigarette package. There is clearly no other explanation for how it would've gotten there in the 2 hour window between their departure and our arrival. I would never want to have this kind of renter stay in our home ever again. Their utter lack of disrespect was evident and even moreso, by trying to damage our good name.

Nestled in the woods but great for families with young kids.

Our recent stay included 4 adults and 4 children ages 6 and under. The house was fully equipped for our adult and children's needs. The playroom exceeded our expectations for all 4 of the kids and the fooseball table entertained the adults. The location of the property was exceptional for all of the North Conway attractions. The house was VERY clean, we haven't rented a place as clean as this house. We were impressed that the house had the extra pack-and-plays and bed rails for the little ones. The weather was hot and very humid for 2 days during our stay and we were very glad to have the extra fans to keep the air circulating. The yard was not particularly friendly for us to do outdoor activities and the pond in the back made for an extreme amount of mosquitoes. We would rent this property again, but would bring our own linens and towels because the process of laundering everything prior to check out made the morning very stressful. Roseanne was a great owner and very responsive to our inquiries prior to our stay - we didn't need to reach out during our visit.

Great for weekend away!

I rented this property with a group of friends for a weekend away and it was perfect! Very clean and enough space/bedrooms so we were not on top of each other. Close to downtown, which was nice. Owner was very responsive. Would recommend!
