One of the most spacious condominiums on the south coast of the island offers a modern well equipped Italian kitchen, open plan dining and living room facing onto a very large balcony which overlooks the pool, garden and beach. The master bedroom with a king bed, has a huge bay window overlooking the beach and sea with a very large en-suite bathroom offering both tub and shower, the guest bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to make a king if required, the guest bathroom is just outside of this bedroom and is also large with a shower. There is an enclosed laundry area with a washer and dryer. You can choose to dine inside or outside on the balcony. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. There is a pool in the garden facing the beach. Ample off street parking is provided behind electronic gates. There is a well stocked convenience store immediately next door to this condominium. With only 14 units in this building the ambiance of the building is intimate while still offering tenants their privacy.

Beautiful time in Barbados !
The condo was perfect right on the beach with a great view. The layout of the condo was spacious , the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing that was missing was the slider needed a screen to let the breeze come in at nigh The condo had great security and we always felt safe in the condo to be honest we always felt safe in Barbados. Orrissa was very helpful and it helped to know she worked across the street if we needed her, which we did since I found driving in Barbados a little difficult. I would suggest GPS in your car.
A true Caribbean holiday home
Our 4th visit to this beautiful peaceful condo .Everything we need is here .Quality equipmen t and linen and added extra touches with tasteful soft furnishings and art works which make it more like a very loved home rather than a holiday rental .The large balcony extends the already spacious living facility and is great for entertaining friends in the evening .
It is well managed and maintained and the owner obviously cares about the whole holiday experience .We love it's secure location and ambience .
There are plenty of dining experiences within easy walking distance .Do try the new beach restaurant Blue Ocean just to the left on Divi.beach and afew yards further up the bar on the beach at Southern Palms is perfect for an early evening rum punch while the sun sets on the sea just feet away .
It truly is a jewel of a place and all being well we will be back to make it number 5 !!
Wonderful time @ St. Lawrence Gap!
We had a wonderful time and where very pleased with both the accommodation and the area. The spacious 2 bed apartment has everything a family of four could want. The layout is great, with a huge balcony and beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Overlooking a gorgeous private beach and the pool, where our kids had lots of fun. The street is full of lovely restaurants and nightlife. Thank you again for accommodating us. We're looking forward to returning again one day!
St. Lawrence Gap is centrally located on the south coast of the island, just 5 miles from the airport and equidistance to Bridgetown, the capital. 'The Gap' is what the locals call this location, during the day there are several beaches from which to chose, several shops in the area offering local souvenirs, duty free shops can be found in some of the hotels. At night The Gap comes alive with several bars and nightclubs some offering local live entertainment. The main highway which runs just outside of The Gap and leads to Bridgetown is dotted with several shopping centers, bars and restaurants, banks, grocery stores, etc.. The popular boardwalk has become a focal point on the south coast starting at Rockley Beach and ending in Hastings, a great place for jogging, socializing at the bars and restaurants dotted along its' length. Afternoons are the most popular times with families taking afternoon strolls, a great spot for exercising as well, or take up a spot at one of the restaurants and enjoy some people watching. Bridgetown and The
Garrison, a Unesco World Heritage Site, is in close proximity, here you will find historic houses surrounding The Savannah and the horse racing track with races most Saturdays in the season. Historical George Washington House is located here and you can take night time tours of this area with underground tunnels used by the British soldiers to move ammunition, several cannons are displayed here and historical buildings abound. Nearby, on the way into Bridgetown you will find some of the most pristine beaches and the best swimming on the island. Brown's Beach is approximately two miles long, you can walk all the way into Bridgetown on this beach. The Barbados Yacht Club and The Cruising Club, popular sailing clubs are both in this area. Once in Bridgetown enjoy the views over the wharf facing our 375 year old Parliament with wonderful historical significance and get a feel for our English heritage reflected in the buildings you will find there. Enjoy local food at a three generation eatery called Mustor's, this is true Bajan cuisine, its' not a fancy place but if you want the real thing then this is the spot in Bridgetown. Several jewelry stores offering Duty Free prices are located here. The Waterfront Cafe is a great place to enjoy a drink after you have finished shopping and offers great photographic opportunities of our cityscape.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport, rental cars, cribs, high chairs and roll away beds. Compulsory housekeeping is provided one day per week. You will be met by a Property Manager on arrival who will hand over keys and familiarize you with the property, surroundings and will answer any questions.
