Three Bedroom House With Optional Guest Cottage on large very tropical property
Steps from beautiful Kahala Beach, you will find your Estate. As soon as you open the front gate, you will be welcomed with lush tropical landscape.
The property is located in the coveted Kahala neighborhood, a five minute walk to the luxurious Kahala Hotel and a ten minute walk to Kahala Mall where you will find restaurants, shops and Whole Foods market. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and a fantastic area for walking or biking.
The main house is over 3000 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms. A large master bedroom which also has a sitting and tv area. Both the second and third bedrooms have large bay windows over looking the pool and the other looking out onto the lush landscaped property. The house is spacious with a Living Room and a Great Room to relax in. The pool in the backyard is enormous with lots of space to sit and enjoy the sun.
The house is very typical of old Hawaii, everything on one level, except a sunken living room, very warm feeling upon entering the home with lots of big windows throughout. Nearly every room in the home has a vaulted ceiling, which gives the house a spacious feeling.
A Guest Cottage is also available with the property. The Cottage has a private entrance leading back to a one bedroom with two queen beds and a complete kitchen. This is an additional property, #3656066 and can be added in conjunction with the main house for an extra fee.
The property has plenty of parking with both a garage and a driveway and is only a short two mile drive to Diamond Head lookout and state park. Just beyond Diamond Head is Kapiolani Park and the bustling Waikiki.

We live in the home a portion of the year, so we take incredible pride in the details of the house. Our love of tropical landscape has given this property that speculation island feel.

Location, Location, Location. Our property is located in the marquee location on Oahu. Across the street from the beach and the large beach park. A short five minute walk to the famous Kahala Hotel, where you can have brunch on the beach. Also, the property is close to Diamond Head loop where runners love to run around the volcano. Diamond Head is also home to a very popular local surfing spot. We have parking available on the property.
What makes this Estate unique
Fantastic Location and spacious property both inside and outside the house. Unique to our property is the 17,000 square foot lot that is quite rare in Kahala. Lots of space to be outside and enjoy the lush landscaped property.

Perfect home away from home for family in the gorgeous Kahala neighborhood!
When I booked a home for our party of 10 (8 adults; 1 child; 1 toddler), my priorities were: location, modern home, pool, large dining room, parking, AC, WiFi, full kitchen. This beautiful estate was everything we wanted and more!
Loved being in the Kahala neighborhood; less than a 5 minute walk to a small beach. 15 minute drive to South Waikiki, which means we were close to the city, but still in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minute drive to a local grocery store - Times Grocery.
Loved the kitchen - almost every cooking utensil/appliance was available for us to cook gourmet meals when we were dining at home.
Thanks for all of the beach towels, water toys for the kids and beach chairs - used them almost every day!
The home itself had beautiful decor - large, open layout, which is nice for a large family. The patio by the pool was perfect for drinks under stars at night!
Great space for our 3 generations to celebrate
Our kids and their kids had plenty of room to spread out. We all enjoyed the beautifully landscaped grounds. My grand kids couldn't stay out of the pool after snorkeling at the beach.
The grounds are gorgeous with mature, well maintained, tropical vegetation. The pool is large and clean... perfect for our twice daily family swims. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. It worked very well for our family of five. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely with nearby shops, restaurants, and beaches. Our only issues were a spa tub malfunction which was not resolved and a grill rack that needs replacing. We had such a memorable time, that I'm giving 5.stars, but it's really
4 1/2.due to the issues I just mentioned. Would we stay there again? Yes!
Perfect for Families
The property is absolutely beautiful (exactly as shown in the pictures). The house is clean, spacious and fully stocked for your comfort and convenience. The beds were all very comfortable and the central AC was a nice convenience during the warm summer days. We spent most of our time outside in the amazing yard and pool area, which is furnished very comfortably - including tables, couches, an outdoor bathroom and a propane grill (we literally didn't even need to go inside the house if we didn't want to!).
The house is in a great location, right across from the beach and minutes away from Kahala Mall. The host (Ryne) was wonderful and very accommodating. We highly recommend this property for a family vacation (or staycation!), and we we will be booking it again for ourselves on our next one:)

Beautiful Home, Pictures Don't Do It Justice
Everything was well maintained and kept clean. A lot of little extra amenities like a portable Bose speaker and quality beach towels (these little details make a stay that much better!!). And the central AC is AMAZING!!!
The area surrounding the property has so many wonderful activities within walking distance. The very nice Kahala Hotel and Resort is just down the street and the brunch there is spectacular. Kahala beach is wonderful for relaxing walksin the morning. Kite surfers are in the ocean catching waves and are fascinating to watch as well. Our surrounding neighborhood is a great walking neighborhood to see the beautiful homes and manicured lawns and gardens.
