This Condo is very livable and clean, remodeling is completed. We have added a Den with a twin bed, (has no door) and the kitchen is complete with all new appliances.

Our unit is 403 Wheeler House which is just a 2 minute walk to the Super Bee lift and ski right to the back door at the end of the day. From the Super Bee lift there is easy access to any part of Copper Mountain. There is also a great tubing hill located next to the the Super Bee lift as well as restaurants and shopping.
Parking isn't a problem because our guests have their own reserved space in an enclosed heated garage and additional parking in front of the building. Then it's just a short elevator ride to the 4th floor unit #403. There is also additional parking across the street in a paid parking garage/area. You'll be provided with two garage door openers, two parking passes one for the garage and one for the gated area. If additional parking is needed there is free parking at the enterance of the resort. Just put a note in the window with your name, number and where your staying and the dates your staying in case they need to get a hold of you.
Our condo is a spacious two level Penthouse with 3 bedrooms and a den/bedroom, two bedrooms upstairs one with two queen size beds and one with a queen & twin. The down stairs master bedroom has a king and the den has a twin. Each floor has bathrooms which have showers in the tubs. The washer/dryer is located upstairs in this unit or there is a coin operated laundry room in the garage area.
This unit will comfortably accommodate 10 people. The living room looks out onto some of the most majestic peaks of the Ten Mile Range towering 3500 feet overhead. Upstairs there's an open balcony which overlooks the 8th hole of an 18 hole golf course and some of the tougher ski runs coming down from the Super Bee lift. The living room has cable TV, W/DVD/DVR & VCR player with separate dining area that will seat 10 and an equipped kitchen give or take an item or so.
Wheeler House is close to both the Alpine and Super Bee lifts. The location is ideal since it's just a short walk to the shuttle which takes you to the center or over to lifts that access the easier terrain of the mountain. Copper Mountain Resort has many new services and shopping. Several good restaurants are right here and if you tire of Copper Mountain it is a short drive to Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, or Winter Park. There are also free shuttles to Keystone and Breckenridge.
For summer there is a private picnic area with a Bar-B-Que just outside the building next to the golf course. We are located close to Frisco, Lake Dillon and at the gateway to all of the high country around Leadville and beyond. There are many wonderful opportunities to hike and ride horse back in the area with trail heads close by. Bike paths are available from Copper Mountain to Vail, Frisco and Breckenridge. Also, available year round, is the Copper Mountain Athletic Club with weekly rates.
There are also two gate openers and two parking permits to use during your stay. Please make sure that these are left in the condo for our next guests. "If not left these items will be charged to your deposit".
After entering Copper Mountain, turn left at the first stop sign. Stay to the right at the fork to the end of street. Our building will be on the right. Garage entrance is at the south end of the building.
