Our fully remodeled condo sits on property (Leina'al Oceanfront) which is truly one of Maui’s hidden gems. This true oceanfront unit has a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains and Maalea Harbor. Enjoy sweeping ocean views, postcard sunsets and great whale watching from the privacy of the lanai. Including the covered lanai, the condo offers over 700 square feet of paradise living.

Professionally remodeled in summer of 2012, our luxury condo features all the comforts of modern living. Everything has been updated, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, cabinetry, floors, ceiling fans, window treatments and appliances. Two air conditioners keep the place cool and comfortable. Two flat screen LCD TVs and DVD players along with all the cable channels you could ever watch are provided for your entertainment. Telephone and Internet are provided with free long distance calling throughout North America. Linens, towels and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve your meals will provide you with all the comforts of home.

Leina’ala Oceanfront is a small boutique condominium complex with 24 units. It is very quiet and peaceful. An elevator services all four floors. There is a coin operated laundry area on the first floor. The office is open during the day and the wonderful managers are very knowledgeable about the island and its many attractions and activities. Every unit has a dedicated parking space.

A swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests is surrounded by a meticulously maintained park studded with coconut palm trees and acres of green lawn for you to play and relax. 6 tennis courts are just steps away. A gas barbeque for all your grilling needs is downstairs near the pool. You are welcome to borrow lawn chairs, beach mats, tennis racquets and anything else you might need to play outside on the first floor.

You will be centrally located in the heart of everything Maui has to offer. Great sightseeing, water sports, beaches and award winning restaurants are literally minutes away in every direction. Five spectacular golf courses and Maui’s most luxurious spa (at the Grand Wailea) are within a ten minute drive. Safeway, Long’s Drugstore, the post office, a variety of restaurants and shops, and Hilo Hattie’s (Hawaii’s most famous gift store) are just down the street.

We live in Burnaby, BC, Canada. Arthur grew up in Vanderhoof, BC and Debbie in Chengdu, China. We have travelled extensively in Europe and Asia and know that Hawaii is a very special place. We spend most of our family vacations here and our daughter was even married on Kauai.

We purchased this Maui property to complement the two we have in Honolulu. We chose this particular complex because of its beautiful setting right on the ocean and because of the sense of community the building managers convey with their warm and friendly service.

What makes this condo unique

We love the simplicity of the complex. It is both quiet and convenient with Kihei’s shops and restaurants only minutes away. The condo has priceless views of the ocean so we tried to parallel this beauty within using new and modern materials.

Paradise in Maui

My Husband and I had the opportunity to stay in this condo. When we first walked in we were pleasantly surprised at the new furnishings and the cleanliness. Tastefully decorated with a very comfortable feel. There is everything for cooking, all the utensils and dishes you will need and the new appliances is a plus. The king bed was very comfortable. The view is spectacular!!!! We saw beautiful sun rises and sun sets. Debbie's condo is beautiful!!!

We will be back!!!

Clean Condo with great access to beach and county park

The location of the condo was great for beach and grass county park access. The Condo was clean with well kept modern appliances and updated furnishings. However there was poor walking access to coffee shops, restaurants and retail outlets. Auto travel is needed for even the basic consumer services.

Access to the various consumer services such as coffee shops, restaurants and shopping is much more pleasant walking Uluniu Road rather than South Kihei Road. Uluniu Road is much quieter, with views of the ocean and beachfront homes. At the Kihei Ace Hardware Store, you can access all the consumer services or come up W Lipoa Street. Hzeka Shopping Centre will be just across the street. Total time for walking is 10-15 minutes. We used to walk South Kihei Road but find Uluniu Road so much more pleasant.

My husband and I are back from a wonderfully relaxing stay at Waikiki Beach on Ohau and Waipuilani Beach in Kehei on Maui. This was our third stay in Debbie’s Waikiki condo and our first in her Maui condo. We love the excitement of Waikiki Beach and having the comforts of home right there. Debbie has thought of everything to make our stays convenient and affordable. She has all the appliances of a modern home and provides free secured parking, telephone and wifi. Her condo in Maui is just like her Waikiki condos--modern, convenient and with free parking, telephone and wifi. Her Maui condo is just steps off the beach and has unrestricted views of the ocean. It is one of the quietest and most peaceful condos we have ever stayed in. We felt so refreshed after our stay in Maui. My husband and I will likely return next year for both the excitement of Waikiki and the peacefulness of Maui. Thank you Debbie!

Decent Location

Condo was located in an ok area. Nice oceanfront view from balcony. Great beach to walk along. We got locked in unit for over an hour after checking into unit. Door handle was old and malfunctioned/broke. Was told by owner we could have a small credit on any of their properties "on your next stay". I would've appreciated/expected some sort of discount even if small on our current stay. That kind of left a sour taste in our mouth from then on. Place was ok, not necessarily for us.

Fortunately, we were able to get the problem fixed quickly. That door had an entirely new locking system and may have been installed incorrectly. Yes, the building is old but that is a big part of its charm. Our unit, like most of the units on this beach-front property, is totally remodeled. A credit towards any of our Hawaii units is actually quite generous given the expense of accommodation in Hawaii. We apologize that this offer did not meet your expectation.

Quiet and relaxing condo with all the comforts of home!

We were looking for a quiet location, away from the bustle of large tourist swarmed hotels and this condo exceeded all of our expectations! Driving down an easily missed driveway leads you away from the main street of S. Kihei Rd. and into your own private paradise! The condo was well furnished with every amenity we could ask for. Comfy bed, clean dishes, two TV's, plenty of towels, beach equipment, an amazing view and more. The view from the lanai looked out over a well manicured green space and to the beautiful ocean beyond. Although there were other cars in the lot, it was so quiet that it seemed we were the only ones in the whole building. The location was perfect, just minutes from everything in Kihei and centrally located on the island coast, making trips north or south a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly look into staying here again for our next Maui vacation!

d. Renter hereby acknowledges that they have been informed that properties and dwellings owned by owners are NOT child proofed. It is the Renter’s responsibility to monitor the activities of any minor children in their care. Renter hereby acknowledges that he/she is aware of the risk and dangers of having swimming pools, lanais, ocean access, and hot tubs on site;
e. The Unit Owners do not warranty the safety of condition of ocean equipment and sand toys provided as a courtesy to guests. Each guest is responsible for inspecting all equipment prior to use and agrees to only use such equipment if properly trained. Any such equipment and sand toys shall be used at the guest’s sole risk and responsibility;
f. Renter agrees that any building maintenance work or work in neighboring units occurring during their stay is out of owner's control; therefore, no refund or discount will given.
