So many things wrong with this dump. The overall complex was good but this condo looks like it was abandoned several years ago and left for dead. The double window panes have leaked out the nitrogen and now moldy white stuff is between them and you can't see through them to the rusted door on the balcony that has the crappy furniture. When we checked in there was a huge hairball on the rug and broken tile floor. Tried to vacuum it up but the broken vacuum cleaner only made noise and it did not work. The broken arm on the wicker chair was reported and maintenance took it away, they probably shot it to put it out of its misery. Most of the dishes are chipped and cutlery is missing. The top half of the electrical outlets do not work. You have to pay for internet and even then it only worked half the time. I repaired the shower curtain rod and curtains myself so it would close on day one. The ice maker by the washer dryer was worked on by maintenance when they took the chair away but it never worked. The TV's are the old CRT type and not flat screen or HD. I really can't say anything good about this place, rent at your own risk! The only reason I did not leave is that my in laws paid for the week. Others in our group where in another unit and it was much better and up to date.
Have stayed in many condos at Romar Place...this place was AWFUL! The kitchen is poorly stocked, rugs are dirty and torn, bedroom tvs are from the 80s, & poor lighting. Over all, this place needs an "OVERHAUL"!
