The condo was quite small and the kitchen was cramped with a washer/dryer combo beside the refrigerator that was barely able to open because of the location of an adjacent cabinet. The recliner arm's were broke and it was outdated and dirty. The ceiling fan wobbled so much that it bounced off of the light hanging underneath making it inoperable. The door lock was a little tricky, although there not being a key to keep up with was nice (I wonder how often they change the code?). A few of the vertical window blinds in the living room where missing. The hallway to the condos was inside making it nice and secure (like a prison). I am not sure what the "departure fee" was for, as I do not remember ever paying such a fee with other rental companies. The elevator was nice and slow. The air conditioning worked great, which is an extreme plus.
