Questo accogliente, animali domestici 4 camere, 2 bagni animali domestici condominio situato nel cuore del centro di Ocean City, NJ, a soli 2. 5 isolati dalla spiaggia e lungomare. 1236 Asbury Ave. è il miglior blocco commerciale di Ocean City. Martedì e Giovedi, da non perdere Family Day, a pochi isolati a nord. Il ponte è enorme, perfetto per le grigliate e la posa fuori ed è anche metà coperta, nel caso in cui il sole è troppo. La cucina / soggiorno ha tutti i comfort necessari per una, comoda vacanza rilassante presso la riva Jersey. Un grande schermo piatto vi aspetta in soggiorno e nelle due camere da letto matrimoniale, schermi piatti da 22 pollici sulle pareti. pavimenti in legno per tutto con piastrelle di ceramica in cucina e bagni. Doccia esterna. Convenience store sono raggiungibili a piedi.

Family Vacation

Great place! Perfect location, close to boardwalk/beach. Coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches, donuts across the street. Huge porch was a family favorite. Been visiting OCNJ for 20 years and this was our first on Asbury. Loved being close to everything!! Russ was quick to answer questions. Would stay here again.

Loved It!

The property is very large and there's plenty of space. The location is great and the deck outside is huge! We had a great time. The property definitely needs work but it was perfect for a vacation spot.

Great location for beach getaway

This was great for a last-minute beach getaway for our whole family. The apartment has all the essentials (BYO linen), is just a couple blocks away from the beach and is on the same block as some of our favorite OCNJ places. It’s pet-friendly, which was a real bonus. It’s no frills, but is real value for money. Thank you!

This house was great. We really liked the front porch with plenty of room and chairs for us to hang out. Russ was accessible and easy to deal with. The house was clean and we had plenty of room for the 8 adults, 2 babies, and of course, our beautiful dog. The location was good- close enough to ride bikes and walk on the boardwalk as well as only a couple of blocks from the grocery store. We really liked that we could bring our dog.

Fine option for a secondary house, but a bit lower quality

This house worked out for our family as a place to sleep, as we had another house as well where we could spend most of our time. The house itself is fine, I don’t see how it could fit more than 10 people max, but for a small group it does the job. The owner responded very quickly to an issue we had with the outdoor shower, which was appreciated. That said, there are a few issues with the house: both indoor showers are moldy, the outdoor shower is broken and is now just a hose, there is dust everywhere, and the beds are not comfortable. There is a nice large porch, but the floor is soft and broken in a few places, and there are a lot of stairs inside which is hard to tell from the pictures. As mentioned it worked fine for us as our second, smaller house, and the location is great, but just know that the quality will be a bit lower than the average shore house.

Not what we were expecting

For starters, the entry gate to the 2nd floor front porch was broken and missing the latch. Not great when you have your dog and a 2 y/o with you that could easily open the gate and fall down the stairs. 7 out of the 9 porch chairs were broken and unusable. The inside looked like it hadn't been remodeled since the 60's. Doors were very old and would not close properly. Living Room 'couches' seemed as old as the house, not worth sitting on even for 2 minutes. Each queen BR did not have a TV as advertised, only 1. WiFi was sketchy at best. Not what we were expecting!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful week with our whole family (including our elderly pup)! The rental is the 3rd and 4th floors of an older house, with a huge, partially covered porch on the second floor (from which you enter unit, into a small foyer/landing, before climbing stairs to bedroom areas on 3rd floor.) We walked a lot, enjoying the beach, boardwalk, downtown, and even a trek over the 9th St bridge! Loved the convenience and neighborhood. We found the unit to be in good order and pretty clean. It's an old house converted into several units, with fresh paint, comfortable beds and sofas/futons, and newer covers/pillows throughout. The longer-term renters on 1st and 2nd floors were friendly and helpful. We were able to use the washer/dryer easily. Our older dog struggled with the steps a bit (there are many, and they are painted wood, so a bit slippery for his old guy paws), but we just leashed him at the top and helped him navigate slowly and cautiously! There are breaks between floors and the humans were easily able to manage, lol. The outside shower and hose were not working, but we loved the unit and will return. Grateful to be able to bring our pup along! Reminded me of college days, with the funky, converted old house. :) A supplies/packing note (as of 7/24): no dishwasher; small microwave; few forks (but plenty of other kitchenware/pots/utensils); kitchen towels provided; some hand soap, dish soap, and bath products provided; salt/pepper there, and we left some spices.

Perfect for what we needed

We stayed at the property off season and it was perfect for what we needed. There are a bit of steps to climb! You enter on the 2nd floor, bedrooms on the 3rd floor and kitchen/living room on the 4th floor. You do need to bring all of your own supplies - down to cups, mugs, dish soap, towels, sheets, etc. but the location was great - wonderful deck to hang out on that overlooks Asbury.

Great Place

This place was perfect for the 5 adults and 4 kids we had. We could have even had another 2-4 on the top floor! Porch was great. Having off street parking was a plus as well. Highly recommend

Attention Maison très sale !!

La localisation est le seul point positif ! Cette maison est aucunement entretenue , poussière, poils de chien et chat partout, les dernières retouches de peinture dates probablement de 1971 comme l’époussetage, tout est collant , la terrasse deux étages plus bas de la cuisine est complètement souillée incluant une table pour 4 personnes….. , impossible de fermer les stores complètement scrap pour ne plus voir les fenêtres qui n’ont jamais été lavé depuis leurs installation! Si vous pensez y séjourner plus que 7 personnes je vois mal comment ça peut être possible à moin d’être assez téméraire pour dormir sur un de ces futons sentant les animaux mouillés . 2 tasses , aucun verre , une pile d’assiette dépareillée et un tas de chaudrons sales seront à votre disposition! Faut aimé boire du vin dans des tasses .. on s’habitue!!lol L’espace de commentaires n’est tout simplement pas assez grand pour tout énumérer. Bref , continuez vos recherches, ne louez pas cette maison !!!

Great location and price

Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. I got exactly what I expected from the property. Slept 7-8 comfortably and great access to the beach, boardwalk and local businesses.

Family vacation summer 2021

House location was awesome…Asbury Ave is the best , nothing negative about a house on asbury as far as I’m concerned. This house claimed to sleep 14…. It def didn’t.. the communication was poor and the house ( we were top floor) seemed to be neglected.. unkept.. the deck had furniture that was falling apart or broken … the laundry room was disgusting “ shared” and dirty.. the neighbors and other renters nearbye couldn’t of been nicer but the long term renter outback plays music 24/7 it’s great music and they were very nice people.. but the music was so loud at all times of the day.. 3-4 in am is not respectful… it’s a pet friendly house we ended up not taking our pets for other reasons but honestly to many steps for pups on a daily basis.. ( hardwood floors ) two floors of steps before main level.. but more steps to get to kitchen … I always say your company makes the vacation .. and it honestly does.. the house was just a disappointment..I wouldn’t recommend this house for families..

Wonder ful stay at a spacious place

It is a spacious house how ever has kitchen after 2 flight of stairs may be little strenuous for seniors, how ever the property is in prime location , has all amenities and the owner is prompt in his communication and a good deal.

Great, easy check-in

Russell is very responsive by phone. I also really appreciate that he worked with us to allow an early check-in given that we had a wedding at the time of the listed check-in. The house was perfect for us and very tidy. It would be helpful to have some coffee filters in the kitchen. We brought our own, but didn't know what size the coffee machine would be. It would also be helpful to state in the description of the house that guests will provide their own linens.

I was really disappointed walking into the rental. I did not realize how many steps there were to get to the front door. Then there was a whole flight to get to the bedrooms and then another flight to get to the kitchen and sitting area. As soon as I walked into the home it smelled like dog pee and it was on every floor. It looked like no one swept or vacuumed the home or steps as there was dog hair on every step. Lastly the bathrooms had mold on the shower curtains and ceiling, even one of the bedrooms had mold on the curtain. The futons were stained and I had to buy blankets to cover them up in order to sit on them. We made the best of the week but I would not spend the money to stay here.
