Our condo is in the brand new thirty-story Promontory building in Salt Lake City. It is an example of luxury and secure living at its best. It was built of highest quality materials and to exacting standards. It is part of the City Creek Center in the heart of downtown. It is just a short stroll to restaurants, shops, the symphony, the opera, theaters both live and silver screen, not to mention the city's dynamic business center. Life and everything you need is right at your door step. The balcony of our condo overlooks the fountains of Symphony Hall, and a beautiful glass Chihuly Sculpture. When you step out the door of our tastefully decorated lobby, you step into the core of Salt Lake urban life. Temple Square is right across the street to the North, and Symphony Hall and the Salt Palace Convention Center are to the West. The City Creek Mall is on the east, and Nordstrom’s is on the South. If you want to travel anywhere else in the city the Trax line stops in front. It will soon open a line that goes directly to the SLC International Airport within minutes. If you choose to bring your own vehicle we have secure underground parking, and easy access to interstate freeways, that take you to world renowned mountain resorts skiing, snowboarding, golfing, fishing, boating, hiking, mountain biking and much more within minutes.

When you return to the condo after a full day you will appreciate the beautiful full size kitchen with high quality appliances and granite countertops; and the comfortable hardwood floors, and quality furnishings. The bathroom is large with two sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and a separate deep relaxing tub. You will also enjoy the flat screen internet TV, with cable service, and the high speed broadbend internet access. You will sleep deeply on the king size poster bed or be pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the sofa sleeper. You can stay active when you go downstairs and take advantage of the new state of the art exercise room or swim at the new pool that will be opening soon as part of the City Creek complex. If you need laundry services we have a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board ready for your use.

Can't get any closer to the action in down town SLC

The apartment was on the fifth floor of a very nice building with convenient underground parking. The City Creek retail center was not yet open (it opens 3/22/12) but it will be beautiful and convenient. The apartment is great for two people but a bit crowed for four as there is only one bathroom. The view is magnificent and it is a short walk to everything. We enjoyed the space so much we decided to buy our own condo there!.

Great Apartment

Apartment is located in Downtown Salt Lake City directly across from temple square and provided easy access to public transportation (TRAX, etc). Also has secure parking under the building if you are driving. Very nice, very clean. Owners were pleasant and responsive to questions or concerns. Description and photos are accurate. Definitely recommend to someone wanting to stay in downtown SLC!

We are finishing our 10 day ski vacation, this place is the best we have seen in years, location close to everything, for skiers within 35 minutes to Alta,Park City and Solitude. For restaurants aroud take your pick, and Lisa the owner amazing, we had a problem with a switch in the bathroom, within the hour someone was here to check it out, changed the same morning. The place is brand new and the view...if your looking to visit SLC our like us the mountains i would highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure.

This charming condo was the perfect get-away. Clean, comfortable, and elegant, my wife and I had a great stay. Would certainly recommend to anyone. It was great to be right in the heart of SLC, but above the noise. Within walking distance of cafes, diners, and the commuter rail, a car would not be necessary to enjoy downtown Salt Lake City.

Your Own Space Right next to Downtown Salt Lake City Businesses and Convention facilities

We found the accommodations to be great. They were clean, updated, and the bed was very comfortable. If you CHOOSE to wake up from the daylight without an alarm, I suggest you leave the draperies parted a bit or you may sleep through the day in THIS condo. We woke up at 9:00 o’clock and had no idea it was that late. The bedroom is completely dark with the drapes drawn shut. The bathroom is beautiful—double sinks, good lighting, ONE blow dryer in the drawer, large bathtub and shower. Utility closet has a front-loading washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the modern amenities: side-by-side refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans, basic utensils (including a toaster), granite counters, Para-scoping faucet, and the trash chute is located right next door. I’m a freak for hot air popped corn, so I took my own corn popper. It is centrally located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City—right across the street (South) from historic Temple Square and one block from the L.D.S. Conference Center. The Salt Palace and Abravanel Hall Concert Center are also across the street (West), with the Delta Center just two blocks away—all closer to the condo than public parking facilities. There are shops and restaurants located on the same block, and access to Trax (Salt Lake City’s commuter rail) within 50 feet. We felt we were right in the middle of the excitement going on as we watched folks come and go at the Trax station from the balcony, yet we were enjoying the quiet privacy offered by the comfortable surroundings of our room. The exercise room has free weights, treadmills, bicycles, and stair-step machines. I was the only person in the room when I went down at midday. We didn’t have swimsuits, so we skipped the swimming pool. There is private, secured, underground parking so you can come and go without getting cold or wet. All-in-all, it was a dandy getaway.
