Unit J-8 of 300 Ocean Mile offers all the comforts of home so that you can relax and enjoy your time at the beach amidst the natural beauty of St. George Island. Our townhome is tastefully furnished featuring a palm tree décor.

300 Ocean Mile is a well-maintained community of townhomes. It offers two community pools, one of which is just steps away from our unit. Near the pool are community grills and umbrella-covered tables perfect for sitting pool-side. The beach, a short stroll down the boardwalk, is absolutely gorgeous and offers something for everyone.

The unit has 3 levels and parking for two vehicles. The first level has an open living room, kitchen and dining area, pantry and half-bath. Off the first level is a deck with ocean and pool views. You enter the unit on the second level. There you will find a twin bedroom and a small balcony, along with a full bathroom. The third level features a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, full bath, and balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Washer and dryer are also on the third level.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible we provide: a fully equipped kitchen, linens, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and entertainment center with a stereo and DVD player. Little extras include the collection of games, movies and books, and toys and equipment for the beach. Our unit is serviced by a professional management company that strives to provide our guests with the best service possible.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in your condo. I was impressed the moment we walked in. The pictures did not do the property justice. Everything was clean, bright and very welcoming. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time there very much. We will certainly be returning for our anniversary and likely family trips as well. Thank you for opening your home up to us during such a special time. We'll never forget it. :)

We have enjoyed extended stays at this property. We have vacationed on St. George Island since 1987 and have found this unit to be the nicest on the Island. The owners have been very helpful and have went out of their way to make sure our stays are pleasant.The property is extremely clean and well maintained and the beach and pool are right outside the door.

Perfect spring break

We enjoyed every minute at the rental to the fullest, either being at the beach, swimming in the pool or resting inside. The place is perfect for a relaxed, healthy, fun time. The beauty of the ocean, the beach, the sunrise and the sunset is just magical and inviting for long walks, a good book or staying in the water as much as you want. We saw a lot of sea life; for the kids was a wonderful encounter with nature. They had a blast playing in the beach. They did not want to take a break or go inside. The unit had all the amenities you need and even more. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and preparing great meals. Also, the property was very cleaned and well maintained. Near by, you can visit the town of Apalachicola if you want to go to a nice restaurant. We recommend Tamara’s Café on 71 Market St. We also found a beautiful church for Sunday mass in Apalachicola. We are telling all our friends and family about this property. We are even planning a family reunion so our love ones have the chance to experience this amazing place and property.
