Perfect for a big family!
I loved the house, it was great. It had a very big yard, spacious and accommodating to my family needs.
Es nuestra 2da estadía en esta casa super cómoda, espaciosa y fresca. La mesa de billar, lo mejor.
Tremenda casa, super cómoda, fresca. A minutos de la playa. La mesa de billar, lo mejor. 100% recomendada.
This place was amazing!
This house amazing had a great time with my family all 13 of us. Everything was close by and love the bakery food that's 2 minutes from the house.Hobos Beach is 5mins from the house and has a good restaurant on the beach. The owner is available when we needed her house was clean and enough space and beds for all my family. I think it was a little to pricy for the stay because is Puerto Rico and everything is cheaper there. Would stay here again at a same price not more. Would recommend to anyone want to stay here the house is big. We love Puerto Rico.
A great value!
We were a high school group looking for a clean, safe place to serve as a home base for our adventures and this is what we got. It was just as advertised (except for the grill which was missing-but we got around that OK). It is in a very quiet neighborhood. Only things we heard was some morning noise from the place next door (a landscaping business?) and the roosters. Evenings were very quiet.
The owner was very accommodating and even provided extra bedding for our group. I would stay here again.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were no larger bowls for cooking or serving, nor baking sheets, and the microwave plate was missing. We were able to make do, but was a little inconvenient.
Be sure to check out the Bakery. We discovered it a little too late--should have gone there sooner!
One hint: If you are planning to use the clothes line, bring clothes pins. We were unable to keep stuff from blowing off the line and weren't in the mood for another run to Walmart. I would be willing to pay a little more for a dryer. ;-)
I stayed with all my family at this beautiful beach house since we wanted to keep away from the city for a few days. We got more than what we expected!! the house is so beautiful, the yard is so big that it was just perfect for my kids to run and play around without us worriyng a bit and the beach is very near. Over all, the place and the setting were perfect, making our vacation one of the best ever.
Enjoy while Relaxing...
I spent a long weekend with my (large) family in this place. I wanted to relax from the day to day hassles and escape to tranquility, but at the same time allow the family to enjoy the soothing waters of our beaches. So we selected this place because it has the combination of a country setting near the beach. When we arrived we found a clean ample house with cathedral ceilings and a billiard table in the center which took the inmediate attention of most of us who hooked to it for some time. The children ran and played freely outdoors in a place free of hazards. We ended in a nearby restaurant, at the beach where we enjoyed the fresh catched sea food att good prices. The second day we arrived at the beach where we spent the whole day, eating Puerto Rican fritters, taking sun baths and enjoying the salt water. There we visited "El Pozo de Jacinto" (Jacinto's Well) one of the many places in PR that has a myth or legend, and one of the most espectacular views of the world.
We were not doing tourism, but relaxing, so we did not planned to visit monuments or cultural places, however when we went to church we found the St. Antonio de Padua church to be a historic place from the colonization time with a very impressive history. When we left the town we took pictures (should be done at the arrival) in front of monument in honor of Cacique Mabodomaca, a large sculpture handcrafted in the rock, of the chief indian of the region. We also purchased white "leaf" cheese a delicacy of the area.
Isabela is a beautiful town located in the North West part of Puerto Rico. You can find great restaurants, bars, shopping’s, cinemas, a golf course and most important excellent beaches! Airport Rafael Hernandez in Aguadilla is just 10 minutes away. The location of the house is perfect for people that love to surf or just to relax on the beach. Nearest beach from the house is Playa Jobos, just a 3 min drive.
