Great place to end the day, and start the night! Upstairs - are a spacious bedroom with a double and single bed and a 1/2-bath. Included with the rental is a garage space with remote controlled door, and access to a 75 sf Laundry room with washer/dryer.
We hope you will come and enjoy the serene setting while grilling on the deck, or soaking in the hot tub at night while stargazing the infinite skies with loved ones. At Pleasant Valley you can enjoy the finer things in life: A natural setting, with plenty of wildlife, yet conveniently located to desirable destinations such Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Colorado State University, and Old Town Fort Collins. There are also plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities right in the Bellvue area, including the Cache le Poudre River with paved bike trails into Old Town Fort Collins, rafting, fishing, swimming and picnicking, or visit and hike mountain bike Lory State Park, Horsetooth Park and Reservoir, and the Cache le Poudre Wilderness Area...all just minutes away! Cross-country skiing opportunities are available close by at least through April...sometimes May. While unwinding from the days many activities you can enjoy a nice fire in the wood stove or outdoor fire pit, or just share the spectacular sunsets we enjoy most every day with those you love (On average, there are 234 sunny days per year in Bellvue, CO!).
Please do not hesitate to call about current recreational and cultural activities, or weather (Just keep in mind, weather prediction in the Rocky Mountain regions is more of an art than science!).
We sincerely welcome to our little bit of paradise! - Sincerely, Jay & Mary, owners; Carrie, property manager.

Why Bellvue, CO, USA:
This property is the perfect get-away. It is an ideal location due to the sense of solitude, being away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a 15 minute drive to Old Town where you can find endless entertainment, shops, eateries, music and so much more. If you are an outdoorsy person, this is an ideal location for you. Not only is the view of the valley and the red rocks captivating, there is an abundance of wild life, biking trails, state parks, lakes and rivers all within a few miles. So much fun for the whole family, or just a peaceful get-away for anyone.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
While we do have WiFi you wont find a television in every room, in fact you wont find one at all. This is a great place to bring people together and disconnect from their busy and sometimes hectic schedules. We have many games available, a beautiful deck with a hot tub that sparks great conversation, peace, quite, and views to die for. It is not a 5 star resort, it is your retreat while at work or play in this awesome place we call home.
