This is a description of our conventional two bedroom.

Relaxing budget accommodation for a small or large group. Direct private access entry, parking a few feet from your door. Express and regular bus feet from the door.

Townhouse with multiple levels for privacy. Two bedrooms are at opposite ends of home on upper level. Sleep number bed (King) and conventional (King). Sleeps four in the two beds, PLUS sleeps more in comfy inner spring mattress convertible sofa futons on the main level.

Kitchen has refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Charcoal barbecue available. Dining seating for eight to twelve-plus.

Large Screen 50 inch HDTV.

DVD Player

Fast 25MB Broadband Wifi Internet.

Great for visitors to Downtown & University of Minnesota. Very close to downtown Minneapolis and Southwest and South Suburbs, a little farther to St. Paul.

Close to all the cultural and recreational activities Minneapolis offers. Location is across the street from both EXPRESS and LOCAL bus line to Downtown, Chain of Lakes District, Uptown District, Arts District.

It is possible to attend a conference or trade show at the Convention Center more easily here than staying at some downtown hotels.

You can also take the bus downtown and transfer to light rail to the Airport and Mall of America.

Excellent for visiting Professionals. . Excellent for visiting staff or professors.

Convenient to four Metro Hospitals-- Methodist, North Memorial, Abbott Northwestern, Fairview Southdale.

This property is located at the west end of the Minneapolis Lakes District. It is in a very safe neighborhood, just two blocks from a police station for the city. At any time of the day or night you can walk the streets simply using the normal caution you would in any major metropolitan area.

The owners are always available by cell phone in case of emergency. (We have managed our rentals for over 15 years, and have helped people in just about every situation!)

Jenna and Scott at a Twins Game! We are not big sports fans, but love the variety of professional sports here in the Twin Cities. Still, it is more likely you will find us at a play or dance performance or museum. And that is our usual destination when traveling, too.

We purchased this multi-unit building to live in because of its' incredibly convenient location. You can get anywhere fast, on highways or using public transportation. And lakes and parks are very close.

What makes this townhome unique

Our location is incredibly convenient which helps you make your stay more pleasant. We are one block from a chain coffee shop and an independent coffee shop with soups, sandwiches and the Twin Cities best ice cream (Sebastian Joe's). We also have two convenience stores, 24 hour fitness, stylist, pizza carry out, etc. More than one of our guests has walked or biked the trail that starts outside our door to Lake Calhoun, rented a kayak or canoe, and walked back. No matter how you want to get around, our location offers convenience.

Scott and Jenna were great as hosts. They made our entry into the house very easy and they were super easy to communicate with. The house was clean and ready to go. It was a great experience overall.

This cozy and comfortable unit offers Location, Location, Location. In the middle of the metro. You can bus or bike all over. By car, you have easy access to highways. At the edge of the Uptown Area, the Minneapolis chain of Lakes is directly east two miles. Downtown, Minneapolis Convention Center, Minnesota Twins Baseball, Minnesota Timberwolves Basketball, Minnesota Vikings Football five miles to the Northeast. The University of Minnesota is just a few miles farther. Hospitals nearby: Methodist, North Memorial, Abbott Northwestern, Fairview Southdale. Culture: Walker Art Center, Minneapolis Institute of Arts, Weisman Museum, Guthrie Theater, etc. Shopping is close. Two convenience stores/gas stations, two coffee shops, 24 Hour Snap Fitness are within a _one_block_walk! Malls within a few miles includes Southdale Center, Ridgedale Center, Knollwood Mall. Mall of America fifteen minutes. Sheets and towels laundered fragrance free.

Clean and neat but kind of tired

We stayed here for four days at Christmas. It was clean and neat and had plenty of towels, washcloths, linens and the like. The carpet is kind of worn, which gives the place a tired sort of feel.

Great Stay for Great Cycling

My husband and I just finished a 3 night stay at one of Scott and Jenna's units. The place was nice, nothing fancy, but clean, well supplied and very comfortable. coot and Jenna were quick to respond to the few inquiries we made while there. We are cyclists and Minneapolis is crazy with off road trails accessible from most anywhere in the metro area…some eateries give a discount for those who have biking helmets! Hennepin Ave. and Lake Street are nice districts for ethinic dining and don't miss Jebastian Joe's Ice Cream Cafe for some fab ice cream. Our first day we took advantage of the bike sharing program Nice Ride where you can pick up a bike from dozens of locations around town, ride a bit and drop it off at another station. For the next few days we rented some nice hybrid bikes from Penn Cycles, on Lake Street, and rode the extensive system of bike trails, most of which are off-street, dedicated trails. Scott and Jenna have several properties around Minneapolis so if this one isn't available, be sure to contact them to find out about others. We will be returning to Minneapolis and will definitely at one of their places again…thanks Scott, Jenna and Sherri.
