If you are moving to Scottsdale this condo will be available for 3 weeks or longer beginning May 25th, 2017 through the summer. It is still furnished and will include utilities until it is no longer on VRBO. We would love to have you for an extended stay! Ideally if you are moving to Phoenix and are unsure how long you will need the condo. Rent for 3 weeks and extend.

This second level unit is a spacious 3 bedroom Bella Terra condo that overlooks the beautiful Camelback Country Club golf course to the left and a greenbelt straight west. Out of the hundreds of units, only a few face the greenbelt which makes not only for a gorgeous view, it also means much more privacy. Nice private entrance too as you do not share the stairs with other residents. If you are an early riser you can take a stroll out of the greenbelt and head either north or south to hit 2 different golf courses.

This condo has been stripped almost to the bare walls and refinished with designer paint, granite countertops, plush carpet, and porcelain tile. It truly is an ideal place to relax and entertain guests after a day of golf and recreation. You and your guests will love the unobstructed views of the Phoenix Mountain preserve from the dining area and living room.

A beautifully appointed fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless steel. Of course there is a full-sized fridge, built-in microwave, pots, pans, dishes, towels and everything you will need to make for a comfortable stay.

Not all Scottsdale addresses are created equal! There is a myth that all of Scottsdale is upscale…not true. We are adjacent to Paradise Valley… which is often referred to as the Beverly Hills of Arizona. Closest major cross streets are Tatum and Shea. Whether you are here for business or pleasure you will appreciate being just 10 minutes from either the 101 or the 51 freeway. Both Phoenix Sky Harbor and Scottsdale airport are about 15-20 minutes away. Within a 5 minute drive you will find Grocery stores (Albertson's, Trader Joe's, Fry's, Walgreens); Restaurants (Z-Tejas, Big Fat Greek, Nick's Italian (trendy, terrific happy hour). A few extra minutes to Fashion Square or Paradise Valley Mall.

Great condo with an even better view.

The condo was perfect in every regard. Lots of space and the three bedrooms gave my kids their alone time when needed. We've stayed in this complex a few times and this was the nicest condo by far. It was great to sit on the balcony every morning and just enjoy the sun with the mountains in the background. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay on the Greenbelt!

We enjoyed our recent stay, property is close to major highways, centrally located for us to go in any direction. Close to grocery stores and places to eat. Quiet area. Owners provided exceptional customer service with great directions and recommendations of places and things to see, very helpful. Very relaxing vacation and would recommend this property to friends and family with no hesitation.

Bella Terra

The owners were very personable and more than happy to accommodate. They answered any questions I had and even had suggestions to make my stay more pleasant. The place was as nice or even nicer than the pictures indicated. It was very clean and modern with everything we needed. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member to stay there.

Location was great and centrally located just off a main street. Really not sure what else a person could ask for in a three bedroom condo!

Bella Terra Top Notch Views

Once again, we had a wonderful time at our condo at Bella Terra. This year we stayed at the 3-bedroom. It has a beautiful sunny kitchen, and the beds are amazing. The views are fantastic from this location. We enjoyed being close to the green belt, for daily walks. The owners have continued to provide us with all the information that we needed to enjoy our holiday at Bella Terra, for the second year.
