Why Beachy Keen chose East Falmouth

What attracted us to this property? The same unique qualities that attract our valued guests: Location, it can't be beat! The convenience of water access, private association beach, clubhouse with dining, pool and tennis courts - all tucked away on a private peninsula with close proximity to Mashpee and Falmouth, as well as the Islands of Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard. The home is solid, in great shape and has a nice open floor plan. The covered deck offers a quiet outdoor retreat with water views and fantastic ocean breezes. Seacoast Shores has a great deal to offer!

What makes this house unique

Cape Cod is such a naturally beautiful area - when we first stepped foot onto this uniquely private and secluded double lot, with hidden gardens, benches and interesting nooks and crannies, we could not believe such a wonder existed just a stones throw from the water. Seacoast Shores is a unique deep water peninsula offering ocean access, unobstructed by bridges, to Vineyard/Nantucket Sound in under 10 minutes!

This is an adorable little home that couldn't be cleaner! The owner obviously takes great pride in her home and has taken great care in making sure your stay is comfortable. We can't say enough nice things about this home. It is conveniently located to anything on the Cape with restaurants and shops nearby. Anyone should enjoy their stay here.

Cute home, lovely time on the cape!

  • 4 of 5

It was our family of 4's first vacation on the Cape.

The house was great - quiet neighborhood with quick access to the major roads to go exploring. It was a great location for a family with younger children- the nearby pool and local small beach are easily accessible in minutes. The house has everything a family needs- wonderful back porch for relaxing or eating-- we would suggest a dinning table out there to enjoy it even more! There were games and a puzzle that kept us busy at rainy points. All of the essentials were there and available (linens, sundries).

The only negative comment is that the queen bed is a bit tough on an older back.

thanks for everything!

Wonderful Property!

  • 5 of 5

What a great experience! The house and location were perfect! The property was in wonderful condition and appointed very nicely. We enjoyed making breakfast in the morning, and grilling out for dinner. The yard was large and provided privacy, so having coffee on the back deck in the morning was lovely. The ceiling fans were perfect for creating a comfortable cross-breeze inside. We also enjoyed having access to the association beach and pool, which was perfect for our nine year old daughter. Celeste, you really were wonderful to work with, and made our first VRBO experience perfect!

Great vacation property

  • 5 of 5

We chose the property as it had the advantage of access to an association pool, clubhouse and tennis court. That was such a bonus for the children. They happily spent many days in the pool when we were not at the beach. It is also lovely to be able to walk a few blocks down to the association beach on Eel pond.

The house itself is the smartest and cleanest vacation property that we have stayed in for this price bracket. Celeste and Bill have furnished it well so you feel as though you are in a home rather than a rental property. We enjoyed many hours on the deck watching the bunnies and birds in the yard.

It is a drive to the falmouth beaches but we were lucky enough to always be able to get parking every time, and the beaches are perfect for families - enough waves for younger and older kids to have fun and acres of sand for digging and sand castles.

Thank you Bill and Celeste - we had a memorable vacation and we hope to return to Falmouth again next year.
