Luxury ocean front condo in a first class mid-rise building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The condo is professionally decorated and offers all the amenities of home. There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance. On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, references can be provided. The unit features TV, high speed Internet, 24 hour security, and a fully equipped kitchen . The building is accessible and has 2 elevators. The unit is managed by Matt and Elizabeth. We are Americans and are currently living full time in Cozumel in the building. We love Cozumel, and Palmar is a first class building, centrally located on the Island. Cozumel is a safe and beautiful place with so many things to do. It is a tropical paradise.

What makes this condo unique

The view of the ocean is unobstructed, you will enjoy your morning coffee watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by. The building offers an amazing 3 level pool and tennis court.

Perfect in every way, and then some!

If you are time in this review, you are considering Palmar 3E for your vacation. Don't hesitate, it's the most wonderful retreat you will find! Clean, perfect location with the ocean right outside, well appointed with all the comforts of home and a few you might not even have.

This condo has become as much a part of my time Cozumel as the sun and the sea.

Matt and Elizabeth are gracious hosts who have thought through every detail in this well planned, fashionable condo. Unlimited bottled water, even though the tap is filtered, snacks, laundry in unit. a fully stocked kitchen with clean, new utensils and dinnerware. Towels are fluffy, linens are crisp, and the view- oh the view!

The condo is gated with security, ample parking for your rental, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ship population yet convenient to restaurants, town, and grocery stores. I hate giving made it so outstanding, this review because I want this condo to always be available for me, but Cozumel ME has made the experience so outstanding that it just wouldn't be right not to share. This is our second stay, and we plan on returning over and over- assuming it's not booked!

Our stay was so awesome that we have already made reservations for 2018.

Our condo was perfect in every way. It was extremely clean, very quiet, updated and comfortable furniture, and the mattress was wonderful. We loved having 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and the huge outdoor patio. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was clean, warm, and awesome, and the other guests were all respectful and friendly. We were glad to be able to meet Elizabeth and Matt who were excellent with communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. We have already reserved 10 nights for next February 2018.

EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS

My wife and I stayed at this condo for the month of Jan. 2017, our first visit.. We have just one reservation as to why we are reluctant in writing this review, more on that later !

We find it pretty hard "add to" what has already been said, over and over about this this condo and it's owners ! To say that Matt and Elizabeth are Wonderful, personable and caring people is an understatement ! To say that this 1- bedroom 2- bath condo was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, OK another understatement ! The huge pool and property grounds are constantly being kept up to a 10 out of 10 !

Would we return, well here falls that "reluctance thingy" we mentioned in the beginning ! With the continuous flow of these 5- star ratings, including ours, it's only going to make it harder to make future reservations, LOL ! Ok just kidding, YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE !!

Perfect Condo for a Month's Stay

Over the last three years my husband and I have had the good fortune of staying in Palmar 3E a total of 7 months. The condo is immaculate. Housekeeping does an amazing job on a weekly basis. Everything you could think of or want for your stay is provided in this well equipped condo. Matt and Elizabeth have spared no expense in furnishing the condo. The new gas grill was appreciated! The thing that we really love about this condo is the location of the bedroom which makes for quiet, comfortable sleeping. The central A/C was appreciated during our stay in August. Unlike some rentals in Cozumel, you can flush toilet paper here and also drink the water. In addition, they provide bottled water in 5 gallon containers for no charge. There is security at the front gate as well. The pool is always quiet and there is no need to get up early to get a chair by the pool. It really is like your own private resort complete with pool cabanas. The location of Palmar allows for easy walking to town or out to the marina for diving. Included in the condo is a washer and dryer, satellite TV, phone to the US and a local phone. A nice variety of DVD's, books, and games are also available. An advantage of renting from Matt and Elizabeth is that they live in the building. If you have any questions, they are available to answer them or fix anything that you need. It is the perfect rental for a vacation in Cozumel. It was a pleasure to come back to this beautiful condo after a day of diving or sightseeing. We can't wait to come back again next summer!

Can't Wait to Go Back

Matt & Elizabeth are true professionals. They take their vacation rentals seriously and have though of everything that their guests may need. Upon booking, we received an e-mail with tons of useful information about our booking. They helped us to prepare for our trip and provided recommendations for Dive Shops (we used Dive with Martin) and car rentals ($44 for a week at Fox rental from the Airport). The property exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked 2 meals a day at the Condo and not once were left wanting for any type of kitchen appliance. M&E stock the kitchen like a home, not a rental. On-site laundry facilities made packing for our trip easier as well. With regards to Palmar itself, here are the highlights: (1) 24 hour manned security entrance (2) great resort style pool and amenities (3) great location close to plenty of food, without being too close to the "busy" part of town.

My husband and my's passion is scuba diving and we foresee many trips to Cozumel. I really don't know why we would stay anywhere else.

This professionally decorated condo located at Palmar offers all the comforts of home.The unit offers an open floor plan and has 1-bedrooms, 2-baths.The Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The living room is a spacious open floor plan and there is a queen size sleeper sofa and full size futon, making the unit perfect for families. The gourmet kitchen has all upscale appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessary culinary supplies.The huge 400 square foot terrace offers an outstanding view to the ocean, swimming pool and the beautiful gardens.

Palmar is located just south of the Cozumel Town Center. It is walking distance to water sport activities, dining and shopping. There are Beach Clubs across the street that offer lounge chairs, food, drink and water sport rentals. There is a great snorkel spot just across the street and SCUBA pick up docks, too.
