About the owner: Hi! We are Beverly and Carole, who are the owners at 823. We live on the first and second floors of our home. We welcome you to a comfortable stay in our studio apartment
Why the Owner Chose Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, NY, USA:
Our home is situated in an up and coming section of Bed Sty. It is a 10 minute car drive to both the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. We enjoy the conveniences to activities in and around Brooklyn and Manhattan. We like the vibe of the neighborhood and the diverse population.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio:
We fell in love with this house because of the backyard space. We created a private space in our back yard to enjoy when we need to unwind. It makes us feel like we are in the country in the city. We like to entertain and having friends and family over to enjoy the space with us.
