Soulard is known for its historic flair, restaurants and night life as well as being home to the 2nd largest Mardi Gras in the country.
We are a fully licensed and inspected Inn, registered with the City of St. Louis. To confirm the space, please contact us by email for payment arrangements. About the owner: Parts of this building pre-date the civil war. After purchasing the building in 2004, we spent several years renovating the building to meet historic standards. We opened a wine and gift store with a wine patio on the first level. The second level consists of 2 seperate 2 story apartments, both of which we rent for short term rental.
Why the Owner Chose Soulard, Saint Louis, MO, USA:
We love the city, especially Soulard, but live in the county. The apartment is a wonderful city getaway for us. There are great restaurants as well as music everynight of the week, from an Irish session to jazz and blues....all within walking distance.
