Suntide III, known as “The Best on the Beach“, is a beautiful condo-hotel centrally located on the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Suntide III has indoor and outdoor pools; indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis; tennis and basketball courts; multiple sundecks with comfortable lounge chairs; a sauna; and a nicely equipped exercise room. Umbrellas and chairs are available for the beach.

All glass floor-to-ceiling unobstructed views of the beach from your master bedroom and living room. Beautifully updated to fit finer tastes. Your first impression will be that unlike other long and narrow condos on the island, this one has a roomy, wide feel to it!

The thick glass sliding doors are a new feature. All appliances, silverware, glassware, (wine and other), plates, cooking supplies are there for you. Don't pay to wash your clothes, with a convenient washer and dryer inside! The bar is a nice feature for your entertaining, and the Frog is a cool conversation piece.

Inside, we are cool in the summer and warm in the winter. All three bedrooms have good distance from each other, and each has access to a full bathroom. The master is closest to the beach.

A front desk is staffed from 9 am to 10 pm, and is there to serve you. There is 24/7 security, and the complex is gated all the way around.

No need to take the elevator, as we are on the 2nd floor. Come down in the morning for a cup of Cappucino, as we have a machine in the lobby. No need to run to the store to get ice for your cooler, as the front desk a supply. Get some business done in the office lounge, or entertain in the very expansive lobby. Grills and a picnic are available just down the stairs for outdoor BBQ.

Televisions are in all bedrooms using Time Warner Cable. WIFI is in the unit and used by only you.

There is a free public bus called the Wave that stops at our front gate. You may ride this free bus anywhere on the island and across the bridge to Port Isabel and back. Get on the Wave, hop off when you please, shop, lunch, walk around, then hop back on the bus for a free ride home.

We've been visiting South Padre for a week at a time for the past 30 years, renting various places. This one had that magic feel, with all the amenities at a reasonable price. We have lots of family in the area and enjoy having them stay in this very spacious condo.

What makes this condo unique

The view is spectacular, and being on the 2nd floor, kids should be able to hear you call them up for dinner! Also, being just one flight up, you can avoid the elevators for most of your trips to the car, the pool, the charcoal grill, or the beach. We've updated with lots of new comfortable furniture and new beds for a comfortable rest!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. The location was perfect! One block from the market and smack dab in the middle of the beach with beachfront views. Very easy to walk to the beach from our 2nd floor condo and didn’t have to wait on the elevator, a big plus. Interior was nicely decorated, clean, and well-maintained. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, it was ideal for our family of 4 – no waiting. The only issue we had was with the cable TV reception. We had choppy reception the first day, but my husband fiddled around with the settings and got it to work. And we were not watching TV that much anyway. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us. Highly recommend it!

Immediately on the beach, just a block from the Island's grocery store. The condo is part of a larger complex with lots of organized activities for all ages. Rent a dune buggy, buy inexpensive beach gear and beachwear, sip a margarita nearby...its all very close. In our secure complex, you can purchase ice for your cooler, grill out at a large grilling station, and rent an umbrella and chairs for the day.

Amazing family vacation

The property was just perfect for us, and was in great condition. The view of the ocean and proximity is better than the pictures show. Kids enjoyed swimming in the ocean and pools... both indoor and outdoor. After a long day at the beach, the jacuzzi was a great escape.

I would definitely stay again as well as recommend to family and friends.

This condo is beautiful. We stayed for the month of Feb 2017. The owner David is wonderful to work with. The views are amazing and the balcony is wonderful. There are two sets of tables and chairs on the balcony and protected from the wind and very private. The condo has everything you need. The location is great. The grocery store is one block away. The restaurants are just a few min drive. There is also a free bus service at the condo. The beach is just a short walk to the water. The indoor pool is heated. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. Thanks David for sharing your condo we had a great time and loved the condo. Kent and Lu Ann Mn.

Fabulous!

We had a girls reunion weekend (long-ago roommates), and we could not have stayed in a better place! There were three of us, and we each had our own room and bath. The condo was beautifully decorated, the balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view, the condo was spotless, and it had everything we needed. The people managing the building were very kind and helpful whenever we needed them. We loved the pool, and we were very close to restaurants and shopping. It was the first time we were on South Padre Island, and it was an excellent trip! I highly recommend and would love to come back.

Enjoyed fabulous view and had a great weekend stay

Condo was perfect for us and has everything you need. We particularly enjoyed being able to rent umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Condo is within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Recommend fireworks cruise. Will definitely return!

Fantastic! We were truly pleasantly surprised at how nice the condo was, how convenient it was to everything, ease of access to the beach and to the pools, and how clean it was. We will definitely want to rent from this condo again. Thanks again and it was a great vacation. Five stars all the way, seriously!

Awesome - great place!

Just like it looks in the pictures - beautiful. The apartment is spacious - clean - laid out just great. Lots of room for our grown family of six and room for a few more if necessary.

The complex is very nice with helpful friendly staff. Just a few steps to the beach and easy walk to grocery store.

Loved it and plan on coming back.
