There is even a piano, if you are so inclined. A top-quality king mattress in the master and queen mattresses in the 2nd and 4th bedrooms promise a good night's sleep. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The master features a large, walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom with both a shower and soaker tub, and a double-sink vanity. The master is separated from the other 3 bedrooms by the Great Room for privacy. Right off of the Great Room is a Laundry Room with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. This single-level, open floorplan makes for very efficient, easy living. The yard and pool are professionally maintained. There is room for one car in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. About Property Manager
I am a nurse and decided to follow a career opportunity to Colorado. I love this home and plan to return to it when I retire (at least for the winters!). In the meantime, I would like to share it with others who would enjoy a warm Arizona winter!

Originally, this home was my primary residence, not an investment or rental property. I chose the floorplan from blueprints for its many windows, especially in the Great Room, allowing for lots of light and great golf course views! Being right on the golf course gives the impression of getting away from the hustle-bustle, yet all of the amenities are just minutes away.

Sue has provided the perfect place to stay in Queen Creek. The house is well furnished and equipped - it feels like home. The location in a great neighborhood near our daughter's home was perfect and also provided easy access to the freeway system. Sue and her handyman were always helpful and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and worry free. Our stay was very relaxing and each day started with a poolside breakfast with a view of the golf course. The Olive Mill and Schnepf farms are must visit places, especially during the peach festival at the farm. Thanks for sharing your house with us, Sue. We hope to return the next time we are in Queen Creek.
