This award winning beach home sits among a canopy of live oaks, offering sweeping marsh and tidal creek vistas for a truly relaxing vacation. With extensive outdoor living spaces, pool and spa, this home was designed for causal living and entertaining. The height of the home allows an ocean glimpse from the front “tower” located on the top floor along with the private master suite.
The entrance is open from the top of the stone steps and out over the infinity edge pool to the marsh. It divides the main living quarters with 2 guest rooms to the right and 2 guest rooms to the left. A charming, spiral staircase connects them on the interior.
5 BR, 4.75 BA with new high-end décor and furnishings throughout! The main house offers two guest rooms on the first floor- one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds (has flat screen TV). A shared bath with walk-in steam shower separates the two bedrooms.
Continue upstairs to the main living space with open gourmet kitchen, large butler’s pantry, dining table to seat 10 and spacious living room with panoramic views of the marsh and tidal creeks. Guests will enjoy effortless access to the screened porch and open balcony off the kitchen and living areas.
Beyond the living room is a private study for those working during their stay or to kick back and enjoy one of the many great books offered by the owners. Across the hall, a media room is available for guests to feature a favorite movie or TV show. A half bath serves these 2 additional rooms.
The third level houses the entire master suite! It includes a private sitting area, king bed with luxury linens, TV and spacious master bath with his & her vanities, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub offering forever views. A private balcony welcomes warm breezes for year round enjoyment.
The connecting guest house is comprised of 2 bedrooms with small sitting area offering a new flat screen TV. Each bedroom has a queen bed and corresponding private bath.
The expansive deck offers outdoor seating and built in grilling station for a lovely bbq lunch or dinner. Bike to the beach through the Ocean Course access in just 7 minutes! Elevator access from garage level of main house to 3rd floor master suite. Private pool measures 15x27- additional $500 to heat with 1 week advanced notice.

My husband and I adore Kiawah and fell in love with being minutes from the 10 mile pristine beach. We are avid golfers, cyclists, swimmers, hikers, and photographers. We have a Welsh Corgi, named Tex, that travels with us everywhere he can and when we are home, we walk the beach every day. Local Property Management staff on site in case of emergencies- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff to assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

It is home base for our travels because of the rare combination of both natural beauty and peace (and 7 golf courses within 5 mins of each other!) along with the historically charming city of Charleston that offers a bounty of restaurants and many lively cultural experiences and performances.
Our personal favorites are enjoying a great book on the back deck, or while floating in the pool, or from a bubble bath in the MBR; and also having a fresh seafood dinner out on our screened porch, or breakfast on the front balcony....too many to name here!
A few minutes walk or quick bike ride to the beach and Ocean Course, site of 2012 & upcoming 2021 PGA Championship!
All the activities of the lively city of Charleston as well as the historical plantations along the Ashley River are available close by.
Freshfields Village at the front of the island provides restaurants, shopping, and entertainment throughout the summer.
