This apartment offers a gorgeous and well-designed space located just steps from Central Park. The unit sleeps 2 guests with the possibility of 2 additional guests on the sofa bed. The apartment features one Queen size bed, one double sofa bed, private kitchen and private bath.
We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and one towel per person upon arrival.
The unit is fully furnished. You would have the apartment exclusively to yourself. WiFi, and utilities are included in the cost of the rental. There are two flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.
Street parking close to building.
Arrivals are between 2-6PM. There is a late arrival fee of $50 for arrivals between 6-8PM
Departure is prior to 11AM.

Perfect location, nice apartment and courteous service
Clean, convenient and spacious apartment. Steps from the 6 line (train) and 3 blocks from Central Park. Staying here for sure in the future. The host was kind and attentive when i needed assiatnce. Overall a great experience. Highly reccomend.

Additional information about rental rates
Arrivals are between 2-6PM. There is a late arrival fee of $50 for arrivals between 6-8PM. We encourage guests to contact us pertaining to any issue they may have. We would like our guests to please treat the apartment as if it were their own. This includes having consideration for other guests staying in the apartment building. There is to be absolutely no smoking and no pets on the premise. Lessor is not liable for loss, expense, or damage to any person or property, unless due to Lessor’s gross negligence. Tenant is responsible for all acts of itself, occupants, Tenant’s family, employees, guests, agents or invitees. Damages caused by an act or neglect of Tenant or guest of Tenant, must be repaired at the Tenant’s expense. If the Tenant fails to make such repairs, the cost of the repairs will be taken from the Tenant’s security deposit. Tenant must reimburse Lessor for any of the following fees and expenses incurred by Lessor. 1)Making any repairs to the Apartment or the Building which result from misuse or negligence by Tenant or persons who live with Tenant, visit the tenant or working for Tenant. 2)Repairing or replacing property damaged by Tenant’s misuse or negligence.
