Perfect for what we were looking for

Great location for the price. We were just looking a place to rest our heads and clean up for our days in LA. The unit is a bit older, but worked well. The landlord/owner was very responsive and friendly and lived upstairs. The unit was well stocked and comfortable. Great off-street parking. Only issue was someone's leftovers in the microwave. :)

Well located!

Very comfortable, well appointed duplex . The apartment was well located with easy freeway access in a nice comfortable neighborhood. There is one dedicated packing space which is great because street parking is scarce at night. Sharon was pleasant and very helpful on arrival.

Very nice stay

Would give the stay a rating of 3.5. We had a very nice welcome by Sharon upon arrival and she walked us through the property. She even let us check-in early. I would recommend the property. It has everything you need for a short stay. Definitely better than a hotel.

Pros:

- Good location near Culver City. Not too far from Burbank, Hollywood and other area in LA.

- Within a few miles of grocery and shopping malls.

- Stocked with standard linens (except wash cloths), kitchen items, and some cleaning items.

Cons:

- A couple noise issues likely not in her control (barking dog sometimes and one night there was some loud music)

- LA traffic (again, something not in the owners control)

- Not a lot of space to unpack things from your luggage
