About Owner/Property Manager

First Tracts Real Estate and Rentals rose from simple beginnings, and has become a premier real estate business at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. Alumni of WVU, co-owners Peter Monico and Dave Simmons, with degrees in business/communications and business, worked for Playground Destination Properties, and gained knowledge and wisdom in the real estate market in our region. With three years under their belt, Pete and Dave branched out and created their own real estate business on the mountain.

In April of 2007, First Tracts was formed. Two years later we began the popular Rental Management division of the company, managing just a small handful of homes.

Today First Tracts manages over a hundred homes in a variety of sizes and neighborhoods, both on and near the mountain. With a dedication to exemplary guest service, First Tracts Real Estate and Rentals has become the best source of upscale vacation rentals at Snowshoe.
