Our Two Bedroom Grande Beachfront Residence, less than 25 feet from beach with direct sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from virtually every room. The condo provides 1,500+ square feet of space. Full kitchen complete with house wares, two private bedrooms, two baths, living/dining room and adjacent den. The den has a queen-size Murphy Bed and sofa that can be closed off to become a third bedroom. Comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Two FREE adult bikes, FREE WiFi, + Washer/Dryer in unit, 4 cable TVs, 3 DVDs, King-size bed in MBR, twin beds in BR #2. Large and bright living room has sliding glass doors to the screened lanai less than 25 feet from the white, sandy beach.

Rentals are 7 night minimum and are on a Saturday to Saturday basis. We will consider exceptions, however, they must fall within our rental period.

We use a reputable management company located on Sanibel to give you a totally carefree vacation. We welcome phone calls with questions or prior to reserving

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family of 5 spent Thanksgiving week in this lovely spacious beach front condo. The location was perfect for us - close to shopping and restaurants but right on the beach and with easy access to the bike trail. Wonderfully stocked with bikes, beach equipment and toys, tons of towels, linens & pillows, baby items and the right mix of kitchen equipment - even for a full Thanksgiving dinner. The owner was most helpful with suggestions for additional bike rentals and other issues and assured us that she would be available if any problems arose while we were there. Would definetly stay here again.

Great location , just yards from the beach and pool. The condo is nicely decorated and has everything you need and more. So nice to have all of the beach items in the storage cupboard and the bikes are an added bonus. We loved our stay and will definitely return

Great vacation spot!

Not only was the location great, but the condominium was comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We had everything we needed for the beach-- nice towels, chairs and umbrellas. if we'd had kids, they would have been happy, too. We put many miles on the nice bikes that were included. The kitchen had everything we needed, also. If we didn't want to pedal to the larger store, there was a small store In the community that seemed to have anything we needed. We would definitely rent this unit again!

A very nice well appointed condo in an ideal location and the island fantastic

We were impressed with your condo when we first walked in. The colors used on furniture and bedding were very cheerful. We loved the screened in porch on the ground floor were we could be on the beach in a minute. While we ate all meals out (with the exception of making coffee each morning) the kitchen was well appointed with everything one would need to prepare meals. Shells were plentiful on the beach and in the water and there would be no excuse not to take some home. Just be sure if a shell contains a critter, you return that shell to the water. We visited many of the recommended places and found the Shell Museum exceptional and a must see for any visitor. The island itself was beautiful. I have never seen such a varied variety of palm trees. I loved it that the shopping areas contained so much vegetation instead of just hot parking lots. My two companions enjoyed shopping at some unique stores. Even though it was mid November that were plenty of plants.in bloom. Both Sanibel and Captiva Island were beautiful and a place where I want to return. The owners supplied us with two bicycles and while I am 77 and have not been on a bicycle for years,, I enjoyed practicing riding again going around and around the parking lot. So much fun. There are so many restaurants, it was hard to make a decision where to go but we found all we tried served very good food.. I have traveled the Gulf Coast for many years and this is definitely one place where I wish to return and if possible I would hope to rent from these owners. You will love it here.
