Sleeping arrangements entail three bedrooms, each with it's own queen bed, and a semi-private alcove with a queen bed.

Prepare meals in your gourmet kitchen, featuring granite counter tops, excellent appliances, dining table, and all your needed implements.

Relax in your spacious living room, featuring super cozy couches, HDTV with premium cable package, or spend time on the spacious deck off the back! Wifi is included!

The bathroom is excellently renovated, and you'll find plenty of mirrors throughout the apartment to help you look your best!

This is your comfortable home - and all of it in the middle of the best neighborhood in Chicago!

While others struggle with traffic and crowds, leaving the city after a Cubs game or a night out on the town, smile as you stroll the HALF BLOCK from Wrigley and Clark Street to your home!

The neighborhood is what makes this property unique - you can't stay any closer to the home of the Cubs! There aren't very many hotels around here, but there sure is a lot to do! Why stay downtown when you can stay right near the action?

Everything was Perfect

My group of 8 stayed in this apartment for a week.

The beds were comfortable and had nice pillows. There are 3 real rooms and then a bed in the main area, which we thought might be a problem but ended up being great!

This location is AMAZING! Right near an L stop and very close to many theaters and food places! Also, we weren't huge sports fans, but it's right next to Wrigley Field so that's pretty cool.

Just a really great place overall. I and all the other members of my group highly recommend.

Random good things:

-Gas stove

-Ice in the ice machine

-Lots of towels

-Little balcony in the back

-Working TV

Great location to stay if you going to Cubs game.

I would definitely stay in this house again. Please fix the water pressure in the shower and the bathroom sink is very slow to drain.

Great Apartment, Great Location!

My friends and I spent 4 nights here and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was unreal (you can see Wrigley Field from the front door and back porch. The description of the location and the apartment itself is completely accurate. We had a group of 7 and everyone slept comfortably. The place was very clean when we arrived and the direction on the best way/place to get into the apartment was very clear. The owners left a "renters manual" that not only made everything extremely easy on our end, it provided some direction on great places to visit!

We would definitely recommend renting here if you want to be around the Wrigleyville area!

Property was great. We enjoyed everything about the condo, location, towels, and clean sheets. Owner was easy to work with and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Only 1 bathroom for groups can be a little interesting though.

Groovy time in Wrigleyville

Came to town with family and friends for the July 4th weekend. Caught a Cubbies game and the Grateful Dead shows. From the welcome gift to the local knowledge of restaurants, shopping and music, Steve was a host par excellence. Great neighborhood, very nice accommodations, and just a magical stay.
