Trains and buses are plentiful in the area - you can get just about anywhere. There's no need for a car, but parking is available for an extra charge via the SpotHero website/app.
Three parking spots are available behind the house via the SpotHero website/app! Pricing and availability vary, and can be booked far ahead of time; we recommend you book a parking spot immediately after confirming your stay!

For weekend stays (Friday-Saturday nights) from March to October, typically I have a four-night minimum.
I know you may want to ask if I will make an exception - there is an easy way to check! Look at my booking calendar, look at your check-in date, and look at the dates before and after it: are there fewer than three nights available in either direction?
Is it even POSSIBLE to book four nights involving that Friday or Saturday night?
If it is NOT POSSIBLE TO BOOK FOUR NIGHTS, then great, you may book a stay for less than four nights! Ask away!
If YES, it IS POSSIBLE TO BOOK FOUR NIGHTS, then no, there won't be an exception. Please don't ask.

- All of my guests are personally greeted. When you book your stay, I need to know what time you'd like to check-in, so I can schedule someone to greet you. Please commit to arriving at that time. PLEASE let us know if you're late, day-of-arrival, or we will have to reschedule your greeting.
- I need a way to reach you on your day-of-arrival via phone - I need to know if you're delayed. Please confirm your mobile phone number once you confirm your reservation; if you do not have a US number, please download the Whats App phone application so we can stay in touch when you're on the way.
- Be respectful of our neighbors. Children and families live next door.
- No loud noises should be heard from outside.
- Parties are not allowed. Additional guests may not be in the unit without prior approval.
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the deck. Smoking is only allowed on the concrete parking lot behind the house.
- Please let me know if there is any damage to the apartment. We can usually work it out pretty easily.
- Please clean up promptly if you cook or bring food into the apartment.
- Please turn off the air/heat and lights when you leave the apartment.
- Please only let people you know into the building.
- The Golden Rule: Treat the apartment like your own home; the apartment should be maintained close to the same condition as arrival. We clean it ourselves; we appreciate your help making this easier!

This property is NOT AVAILABLE for any commercial or student project purposes, including, but not limited to, filming, photography, other advertising, and subletting by the guest. You may not host any commercial event in my places; meetings may be exempt. Please do not ask if you can film video or hold photo shoots at my place; no, you may not. Violators will be asked to leave.
Please be aware, the guest checking-in must present photo identification upon arrival for security purposes, which will be photographed to document that we met the correct guest.
Acceptable forms of ID are limited to:

No other form of ID will be accepted.

The neighborhood is what makes this property unique - you can't stay any closer to the home of the Cubs! There aren't very many hotels around here, but there sure is a lot to do! Why stay downtown when you can stay right near the action?
I would definitely stay in this house again. Please fix the water pressure in the shower and the bathroom sink is very slow to drain.
My friends and I spent 4 nights here and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was unreal (you can see Wrigley Field from the front door and back porch. The description of the location and the apartment itself is completely accurate. We had a group of 7 and everyone slept comfortably. The place was very clean when we arrived and the direction on the best way/place to get into the apartment was very clear. The owners left a "renters manual" that not only made everything extremely easy on our end, it provided some direction on great places to visit!
We would definitely recommend renting here if you want to be around the Wrigleyville area!
Property was great. We enjoyed everything about the condo, location, towels, and clean sheets. Owner was easy to work with and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Only 1 bathroom for groups can be a little interesting though.

Came to town with family and friends for the July 4th weekend. Caught a Cubbies game and the Grateful Dead shows. From the welcome gift to the local knowledge of restaurants, shopping and music, Steve was a host par excellence. Great neighborhood, very nice accommodations, and just a magical stay.
Location is great, the furnishings are quite minimal. Some bedrooms didn't have a lamp. One room had a chest held together with tape. The stove did not work in one of the units, and was so dirty in the other one that when we turned on the oven, the unit filled with smoke. Add to that that the smoke alarms did NOT go off, so they didn't work either. A cleaning person let himself in during our stay - to use the laundry. He kept coming in to check on the status of the wash/dry cycle. I found this a bit of a privacy issue.
Maybe this is all one can expect in Chicago? I hope not - we love visiting there.
