|Minimum Stay||4 nights|
Our apartment is located in the heart of Old Town Nice, a 2 minute walk from the daily Farmers Market, which by the way is one of the best in all of France!...and just beyond the Farmers Market across the street is the Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean Sea with the famous beaches of the Cote' D'Azur!
All fees are included in the price...no extra fees added on like, cleaning, linens, etc.
The apartment is a 5th floor walk up, and is light and bright.
It has a modern open kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious dining/living room.
You won't need a car for your stay in Nice! There are many attractions and things to do on foot, and there is also a new tram system that can take you up and down the main shopping street.
The apartment we offer is very spacious and perfect for 1 to 2 people at 75 Euros/night...
Nice is unquestionably the most vibrant town on the French Riviera.......Why?
World class entertainment like, museums, opera, music festivals and theater all year round! The Nice Jazz Festival, The Nice Triathlon, Carnival , and The Opera house to name a few.
Charming streets filled with fabulous restaurants and cafes.
The warm Mediterranean sea and beaches with 300 days of sunshine a year!
Nice is within easy travel distance of many beautiful cities as well, including Cannes, Antibes, Avignon and Aix-en-Provence. Italy is only 30 minutes away by car!
We are a married couple traveling to France for business three times a year....we love Nice so much that we bought an apartment and set it up especially for guests to come and enjoy this fabulous city for a reasonable price.. Our vacation rental is for guests only....we do not live there, and that is what makes it different from other rentals. It is set up for YOU....This means that you don't spend your stay looking at someone else's belongings.
Our favorite things to do while in Nice are:
*Going to the antique/flea market on mondays
*Shopping at the daily food market in Cours Saleya
*Eating at Le Safari at The Cours Selaya (the market place)
*Taking the tram downtown to shop for clothes and gifts
*Riding rental bicycles from Nice to Juan La Pin along the Promenade!
*Walking to museums
*Eating Crema di Gelati by the Russian Palace......we could go on and on :o)
norm purchased this apartment in 2008
We chose Nice because unlike other towns on the Cote D'Azur, it does not close down in the off season....there actually is no 'off season' in Nice....it remains vibrant all year long! That's why it is the most visited city in France, next to Paris. And since there is so much to do on foot, you really don't need a car for your stay...just fly into the Nice Airport , and take the bus 20 minutes to our apartment...that's it!......but.... if you do choose to rent a car, there a million other possibilities!....like drive to Italy 30 minutes away by the highway....or go skiing in the Alps a couple hours away...the possibilities are endless!
There is no need for a car once you arrive in Old Town Nice! All the amenities are right there within walking distance:
The daily food and flower market at Cours Saleya
The Promenade des Anglais
The Theater and Opera house
Numerous fabulous restaurants
Shopping for every budget
Modern Tram system
Huge Antique Market
....and much more!
Also...you can can choose to rent either 1 bedroom or both bedrooms. 1 bedroom is 85 Euros/night (up to 2 people)
If you want both bedrooms it's 120Euros/night (up to 4 people)
If you need only one of the bedrooms , we simply close the other off and you have the whole apartment to yourselves. We do not rent out the other bedroom during your stay.
Just wanted to say thanks for doing business on short notice. We had a great week in Nice and that location of yours is just unbelievable. Couldn’t possibly have been more central to everything!
My friends and I had a wonderful time in this apartment.
It was very spacious, clean, and full of natural light.
The walk to the beach was about 3 minutes...not including our stop at the fabulous bakery that the apartment manager recommended, and the cafe we would stop at every morning before relaxing on the beach.
We rented bikes one day and rode on the Promenade...very much worth it!
We also prepared several meals at home in the well equipped kitchen with wonderful produce and seafood we purchased at the famous daily outdoor market (Cours Saleya)...which becomes a flea market on Mondays!
All in all a great stay!

We rented this apartment for my birthday weekend and we were super thrilled!
We were three friends and enjoyed the spaciousness of this apartment. We loved shopping the specialty food stores in the area and made dinners at home after fun days discovering Old Town Nice.
The apartment managers were very helpful and gave us some great ideas for my birthday dinner celebration. We would recommend renting this apartment to anyone going to the French Riviera...this apartment is a great value for size, location and charm!
The apartment was just like the pictures in the ad. Very clean and well laid out. It also had lots of light pouring in from the many widows throughout. The beds were very comfortable, and the wifi worked well...that's a big one for me since I need it for business.
We had no need for a car during our stay..everything was in easy walking distance! So glad we chose this area to stay in because the restaurants all around us were fantastic. We had to buy an extra suitcase to put all our new purchases from the many charming shops in this area of Old Town....all in easy walking distance to the apartment.
I would love to stay here again!

First of all, the apartment itself is tastefully decorated with just the right mix of modern and vintage. There are lots of windows for light and ventilation.
The beds are firm and very comfortable, and the bathroom had a full length mirror and a hair dryer...kudos for that!
When you step out of the apartment building you are in the middle of picture perfect old world charm...lots of cute shops and restaurants everywhere! The daily outdoor market is only a short walk away, as well as the Promenade des Anglais which we jogged on every morning.
I will recommend this apartment and this location to all my friends.
Thanks for the bottle of rose' you treated us to!

My friend and I are in our 70"s, so it was just perfect to be in the middle of all the shops, restaurants and museums. Such easy access to all the amenities!
Regarding the apartment, it was well stocked with the right kitchen utensils and cookery to make some wonderful meals at home. The bathroom was clean and well organized.
We would recommend this apartment to all who want a really authentic experience of the Old Town.
The apartment is just as the photos show, quite comfortable and clean, located in the heart of Old Nice. However we were unable to sleep due to the 2300-0600 night club next door. We were prepared for some street noise but not to that extent.
The Nice Antique market is every Monday where the Daily Food and Flower is located, only 200 meters from our vacation rental!
Also, there are many charming restaurants, cafes, bakeries, located within easy walking distance...no need for a car when you stay in Old Town Nice!
