Start your day with an early morning walk on beautiful Saints Landing or Robbins Hill (Mants Landing) Beach. Head home for a leisurely breakfast on the back deck, or drive five minutes to the Brewster Coffee Shop for an omelet or chocolate chip pancakes. Back at the cottage, grab your towel and walk to the beach to play in the surf, chase minnows and catch hermit crabs as the tide goes out, or use high tide to launch one of the kayaks. Learn about the local ecosystem hands on at the nearby Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, or wander the Lemon Tree Village shops, watch the Tanglewood Marionettes, visit the Ladies’ Library, and stop at the Brewster General Store for a toy and a treat. For dinner, grab some fresh fish at Nauset Fish Market and enjoy a relaxing meal at home. The cook will enjoy conversing with friends and family in the great room while the kids chill out with a DVD or play upstairs. Too tired to cook? Make reservations at one of Brewster’s fabulous restaurants, or head over to Kate’s for fried clams and ice cream.
