This brand new apartment located in Moradias Residence has a lounge fully equipped, open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a sofa bed, bathroom and terrace.
There is plenty of storage for clothes with a double wardrobe in both the bedrooms.
It is situated in a quite area beside the salt lake of Santa Maria, and just 200 metres away from the most beautiful beach of the Island where the turquoise blue water meet up the golden beach.
The accommodation is ideal for family or group of friends who require all the comforts.

Am currently live between Italy and Cape Verde, I grew up travelling the world working on boats. Love sports and nature, good food and wine. Am engaged and no kids for the moment :D
Why Giovanni chose Santa Maria
It's very quite, on the 2nd floor, top of the building. None above your head. Very fresh thanks to a very good insulation. Bedrooms are away from all. It's an ideal property for resting.

The appt. is as described, comfy, well equipped and in a good location.
The wind was a constant presence, this however was not enough to prevent
a nice holiday, Santa Maria has just enough restaurants and bars without being
too built up, this will change as there is plenty of construction in progress,
the Sal beach club was handy for sport and snacks, and Americos our fave. restaurant.
3 Month of nice stay
We stayed in the apartment for three month, from 04.11.2011 till 01.02.2012. What can we say?
First of all, that the owner is very friendly and helpfull. If we had a question, he answered always immediatelly.
In the apartment, everything was ok. We loved the great balcony, because it was on the side without the wind, and the space in the rooms, even if we had guests.
The apartment was quiet and safe, we enjoyed our stay, all the time.
The neighbours are very friendly and we hope we can come again in further times.

Sans parler de la qualité de l'appartement, nous avons eu affaire ici à un propriétaire sans scrupule, qui n'a aucun état d'âme vis-à-vis de ses locataires, il n'a pas hésité à nous laisser pendant 5 jours à la rue, avant de nous donner accès à son appartement, parce qu'il avait décidé que nous devions confirmer notre arrivée uniquement sur la messagerie du site Abritel.fr alors que nous avions bel et bien confirmé notre arrivée sur sa messagerie Hotmail.
C'est le genre de personnes qui, dans ses messages, vous prend régulièrement pour un demeuré, un exemple parmi d'autres : au lieu d'essayer de vous satisfaire, il retire de son annonce Abritel.fr une planche à repasser qui manquait dans l'appartement et qui y était initialement prévue, simplement pour ne pas vous la fournir et ensuite il vous dit que c'est Abritel.fr qui gère les annonces.
Notre séjour de 3 mois à Santa Maria qui a très mal commencé s'est tout de même bien déroulé mais ce n'est certainement pas grâce au propriétaire
vous êtes la classique personne qui c'est bien que reste à la maison.
l'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato si trova in un OTTIMA POSIZIONE a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro ed è in una zona Molto - Molto tranquilla, inoltre è a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia (sabbia bianca e mare turchese). La casa è fornita di tutto. Ci sono i cambi lenzuola/asciugamani e asciugamani per la spiaggia che è una cosa molto utile + lavatrice. La piscina codominiale è grande ed e pulita.VERAMENTE LO CONSIGLIO A TUTTI.

L'appartement est propre et confortable. La piscine très agréable.
2euros en taxi pour aller au ponton, mais facile à faire à pied.
Deux épiceries en bas de la résidence.
L'eau et l'électricité non comprise dans la location, nous auras coûté 90 euros pour 28 jours à trois.

The brand new residential area Moradias is in the heart of the most beautiful sea side development of Santa Maria and overlook the fine golden sandy beach and the turquoise blue water of the best beach on the island. A short 200 meters walk is all you need for a relaxing swim, surf, snorkel or simply a quite meal and cocktail on the beach. The Afro-Jamaican lifestyle makes the people very friendly and welcoming. The red hills, volcano, thermal spas and stunning beaches make Sal a true experience not to be missed.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION** Water and power consumption are included with the rental price till a limit of 2 cubic meters and 50KW for week. It's a generous supply considering in Cape Verde they are a very precious asset and it is calculated on a medium weekly use. Waste is considered negative for the enviroment and the above water & power supply have been calcolated in order to avoid unnecessary waste like going to the beach leaving the air conditioning on and running fresh water without real need. Beyond the above budget the excess will be settled separately according to the costs listed below: - Water: 7euros/cubic meter - Energy: 0,40euro/KW In case of loss or damage of the apartment key a value of 50 euros will be charged. The above condition is not valid for monthly rental. Monthly rentals, water & power consumption are not included with the rental price and they will be calculated apart and paid on place. Internet: The apartment is provided of router which works with rechargeable SIM card. At your arrival you will find 3GB ready to be used. Once the credit is over it's tenant duty recharge it. In case of router loss the amount of 100 euros will be deducted from the damage deposit.
