Luxurious living space on the 7th floor in the heart of Downtown Victoria, British Columbia. This fantastic condo offers a bedroom with One King Size Bed in the master and another bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, both of which are made with luxurious down duvets. Two Full Baths with Granite countertops, Granite and Stainless Steel Appliances in the Kitchen, a Flat Screen HDTV, Wireless Internet, Balcony, and so much more.

The Balcony offers views of The Empress, The Olympics, and a Wonderful City Skyline, not to mention the activities in The Humboldt Valley, home to some of the most prestigious accommodations in Victoria.

The location is divine as the Belvedere building is just steps from everything awesome to do in Victoria. Shopping, Dining, Theatres and Festivals are less than two blocks away from the front door of the building. Government Street, which is only three blocks west, acts as the heart of the tourism centere, and a bit further down is Chinatown.

The vast majority of the “must see” landmarks of Victoria are your neighbours, The Empress, The Royal BC Museum, The Legislature/Parliament Building, Beacon Hill Park, Victoria’s Inner Harbour ,Whale Watching Companies and more. Amenities of the building include a Tastefully Decorated Grand Lobby, Underground Parking, a Game room with Billiards, TV and Lounge, and a Fitness Room with Cardio and Weights. The building has a fitness room and an amenities room which is a nice feature. Located just minutes from the Inner Harbour and all the excitement of downtown Victoria.

Excellent location. The unit had been cleaned to our high standards when we arrived. And the beds were very comfortable. The property manager met us and gave us some invaluable tips especially re: restaurants. Victoria is a wonderful city to visit. Highly recommend visiting the Governors Mansion, taking a bicycle ride on the Beach Road, and seeing the can't miss Butchart Gardens. No regrets at all staying here.

great location, clean

This property was perfect for our stay in victoria. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many activities and restaurants even with our 3 year old twins. The cleanliness of the unit was also excellent and as a person with allergies that was wonderful. The unit appears as it is in the pictures. There are lots of windows and the unit is very bright and airy. The only thing thing to be aware of is that if you have the windows open in the master bedroom at night traffic can be a bit loud.

PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to contact@victoriaprime.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee.
CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges.
CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.

50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates.
The balance of rent is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
No tax on 30+ day rentals.
