The modern, open-concept fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for the cook at heart! Stainless steel appliances, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a large stainless steel sink make this kitchen the perfect spot to create a delicious meal or simply warm-up take out.
The dining table for is set for 4, but easily expands to comfortably seat 6, for larger gatherings. Entertaining in this great room is a breeze!
A den off of the great room is furnished with a desk, a large sofa (that converts to a true Queen-size bed!) and a 32” HDTV so that everyone can watch their favorite programs.
This bright corner room is so multi-purpose that you may just want to nest in here for a while.
Outside, on the balcony, the first thing you will notice are the lovely views of the city. Take in the sights while you relax with a book and a coffee. Or, start your day with breakfast on the balcony. Even better, end your day on the balcony, where the sunset views are fabulous!

Also bright and well-equipped is the full 4-piece bathroom. Soak in the tub at the end of a day of hiking or sightseeing, or start your day with an invigorating shower.
On a practical note, Southern Sights has an in-suite washer and dryer. We provide the laundry detergent and the instructions for the machines. Yes...you still have to do your own laundry ;).

Bike storage can be a tricky issue. Every building has a different bike storage policy and there are no guarantees that spots will be available. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such. If you are bringing a bicycle, please check beforehand for bike storage options. We recommend renting bikes while you are here, many of the bike rental companies will allow them to be stored there at the end of the day even if you rent them for a week.
If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.

This was my second time staying here. Great location, easy walk to everything. Free parking. Clean and comfortable condo. Excellent personal service for checkin and checkout. Hope to be back soon!
Perfect in every way!!
We had such a perfect time in Sunny Astoria! It was the best base we could have asked for to explore and enjoy Victoria. So grateful for Sharon's suggestions for eating, shopping and just strolling. Don't miss Fan Tan Alley and do NOT hesitate to ask VP folks any questions. They were great to work with from the first inquiry (while Victoria was still just a developing idea) to the last moments of our wonderful visit. Condo building has fabulous security.
Next time we'll need a bigger place, as we want to meet up with family; VP will be our first place to look!

This truly was a great condo location! Have been to Victoria a few times but enjoyed a few of the suggested restaurants and sites! Would certainly stay here again!
Close to everything!
Came to Victoria for my sisters wedding. Great stay in this apartment on the 10th floor, windows allow for breeze through on hot summer days. Fully loaded kitchen and nearby grocery stores. The location was perfect, we walked down to the harbour every night to check out performances, people watch and savour ice cream and gelato. My husband even got pulled into a juggling performance! Also close to parks and shopping. Sharon was absolutely fantastic, had recommendations for everything, and went above and beyond to help us out when we had left something behind in the apartment on check-out day. The street below was slightly noisy with buses, not sure if this was a seasonal situation, so perhaps not recommended for light sleepers but my husband and I had no problems. All in all a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.
Excellent condo, excellent location
It's true, the pictures are 100% accurate. Condo was wonderfully neat, tidy, bright, comfortable and SUPER convenient location. So easy to come and go on walks in all directions and have a place to land in between. Fabulous to have underground parking. Sharon, the concierge, had an enormous amount of great information about everything you could ever imagine and the answer to all questions in a heartbeat. Would totally stay here again and will recommend it to others as well.
We had a great stay with our toddler. Lots of space, decently priced, clean and close to everything!
This condo is beautifully located so that you do not need a car. Parking is included with your rental, but you will very likely park it and not need it until you depart. Victoria is a very walkable city and a large majority of the sights to see are within 1 km of the property.

Additional information about rental rates
PAYMENT An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the desired dates. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Payments outside of Canada may be made in the form of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfers. Bank money orders, cashier’s cheques or personal cheques are payment options (for Canadians only) payable to Victoria Prime. Cheques must be secured by a credit card authorization while in route. Email transfers (Canadian banks only) can be sent to email@example.com. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. All payments are in CANADIAN DOLLARS. All reservations will be charged a Booking Fee. CREDIT CARD AGREEMENT Guests must provide credit card details as a guarantee of payment to Victoria Prime. Guests accept all terms and conditions of the rental agreement and accept all liability for rent and charges related to property rental, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of the rental. Guests understand that these costs will be charged to the credit card provided. In the absence of another payment agreement, guests authorize Victoria Prime to charge the credit card provided for payment of these items. The guest whose credit card is on file alone is liable for all payments and damages on a reservation and is fully responsible for the full reservation rent and charges. CANCELLATIONS A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 admin fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, deposit or cleaning fee. However, if we are able to re-rent the property for the dates cancelled, we will be happy to refund all or any part of that.
