Clean, charming, well-maintained bungalow, with plenty of space, in a convenient location.

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at this charming bungalow, located in the Historic North End of Colorado Springs. The owners were very accommodating, and checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. The house was really clean and well maintained, and decorated nicely to fit the style and era of the home. There were 3 adults and 2 teenage boys in our group, and we all had plenty of room! The living area, bathroom & bedroom downstairs was great for our boys to have a bit of space to themselves. The home was well stocked, with all the necessary appliances and dishes to make us feel at home. We really enjoyed sitting outside, utilizing both the front porch and back patio with the barbecue. The washer and dryer were a plus, enabling us to go home with clean laundry after our week-long stay!

The location was really convenient to our events at the Olympic Training Center, and the neighborhood was great for walking. We would definitely book this home again.

Great Place!

  • 5 of 5

This house is in a great area of Colorado Springs near the old downtown and many good local restaurants. The home is comfortable with a well done mission style decor . It was very clean and had everything that we needed. You can tell the owners are meticulous. This is definitely our first choice the next time we come to town! The pictures are good to show the inside and out. My only criticism is that you actually have to walk out to the street to get that view of Pike's Peak. We will be back. Felt at home!

The house is well-furnished and nicely decorated. The front porch and back yard and perfect for gathering and enjoying the Colorado sun. Enough cooling supplies to cook group meals at the house. Location is fantastic - close to Colorado College, garden of the gods, and restaurants. Owners are very nice and very responsive. Would stay again!

Clean, fresh and perfect for us. We've stayed there twice now and it has been a pleasure on both occasions. Great communication from Grant and Jeannine. This home has everything we need and is neat as a pin. We'll definitely return again and again.
