Idyllic place for a month away

  • 5 of 5

This little oasis in the heart of Old Point was a lovely place to spend a month. Within walking distance of just about everything downtown, the location couldn't be more perfect. Nestled between lovely historic homes and under the canopy of amazing Spanish moss covered trees, there is no better place for a morning cup of coffee or a quiet spot to work, read, or write. My pups loved the fenced in backyard, and there was plenty of space inside the house for them, myself, and a guest or two. Ann, the owner, had everything ready for me, and the house was well-stocked with linens, essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, and basic cookware. Other than groceries, there was no need for me to buy anything during my stay. Thank you for such a fabulous experience!

Great location in the historic district of Beaufort surrounded by 200-300 year old Oak trees.

Quaint cottage in a lovely area of Beaufort, within walking distance of downtown shops & restaurants. The cottage had plenty of room, closet space and good bathrooms. It did need a bit of maintenance & yard clean up, but was still fine. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch after a long day of sight seeing & looking at homes for sale. If we had the opportunity to stay here again, we definitely would. We were lucky that Ann let us rent for a week, usually the home is a monthly rental, but there was a week gap. We thank Ann for letting us enjoy her home.

Charming Cottage in the Sweetest Part of Town

  • 5 of 5

This cottage is cute and clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. In the Old Point, the front porch is great for sipping a cool drink, reading a book and conversing with the very friendly neighbors.

The owners were responsive before and during our time there.

Thank you for sharing your home.

perfect location

This was our second time renting this house for a month. They completely refreshed the house in the last year, new paint, major cleanup outside, very nice. Everything you need is there. If you are going to be in Beaufort you want to be on the Point,

Perfect Lowcountry Cottage

  • 5 of 5

Such a delightful and charming cottage in the heart of Beaufort's historic Old Point neighborhood. The house is perfectly nestled among 300 year old live oak trees draped in Spanish Moss. From the front porch we could listen to the clip clopping sound of the horse carriage tours as they passed nearby and smell the salt air of the marsh. We enjoyed the easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. I count any days spent in this cottage in Beaufort as a blessing and will make plans to go back again and again. It is truly a gem to be cherished always.
