200yr+ restored old storage mill. Secluded, one-of-a kind setting w/large deck overlooking big yard and cedar swing set. Accessible river and waterfall on property.
Great Bird Watching: Many rare and unusual bird sightings. List available upon request. Annual Hummingbird visitor and occasional owls.
Completely Private one-of-a-kind Setting: Enjoy the beauty of nature while hiking and explore the nature trail along the river. Dancing on the deck under delightful stars and moonlight. Waterfall in summer and accessible to sit under. Can be cold!!
Pets welcome. We have a 5 'PAW' star rating for our furry friends and have had all breeds of visitors. We keep a pet bowl so there is less for you to travel with.

About the owner: I am a city girl, born and raised in the Bronx, NY. Always loved the country and happened to find this special place when I was looking to escape the streets of NY! Spent many weeks/weekends with family and friends, making forever memories. Hope to live here full time someday, but for now, happy to share it with others.
